Sightings wise...hit the Russellville Wal-Mart. They had some Pipes and Slammer (finallly) and all those Kingdom Rodimus are clearanced at $62. That was about it.

You're using the LK limbs from the CW set? So want something smaller than a deluxe for Jaruga? If a deluxe, CW Swindle would fit fairly well alt-mode wise.

If you don’t want him to combine I’d go with siege mirage. Vehicle is a similar shape with the big thing in the back, and chests have similar detailing.

I think probably Pulse members got a chance to order first, then after a certain amount of time non-members would be able to order. But he might've sold out during that time again, he's sold out now!

I'm a member and just got my order in for DK-2 Guard(aka Black Diaclone Earthrise Ironhide). I ordered one for myself and then ordered one for a friend, separate order to ship directly to him. Weird thing is my order was at $22.99 and the second order was $24.99. So I'd expect all deluxe prices in store to bump up to $24.99 soon as the MSRP.

 

That makes sense.

If the combining feature was not important, I could see Cybertron Scout Class Scattorshot being a good base.

I wish I had gotten to order him earlier at $22.99. I am a premium member but I didn't see the notice until well after the premium window ended and saw the MSRP was $24.99 now. It wouldn't surprise me if by this time next year, deluxes would be pushing $30 each.

SG Jetfire actually lasted all the way into the wee hours of Saturday morning which surprised me. I'm kinda glad he sold out because I was really arguing with myself whether to get him or not. If he had lasted a little longer, I would probably have caved and got him.

 

I don't think the price difference was based on a premium window. I placed both orders in the first 20 minutes, I think $22.99 was just an initial pricing mistake and it quickly got fixed to $24.99. Kinda like when the Centruion Drone/Accessory pack was first $19.99 but then got bumped up to $29.99, though I think that lasted longer than 15 minutes.

 

Was told there was going to be BBQ delivered to my house. 11 am gets here and this shows up.



I love some GI Joe but it made me hungry for real BBQ. GI Joe + Smoked Chicken BBQ burrito = GOOD DAY!

Coronation Starscream just showed up in my BBTS POL.

 

I think that's one of the Joes I'll pass on. Did pick up a few recently though and now i've got Destro, Snake Eyes, Alley Viper, B.A.T. , Storm Shadow (Amazon), and Major Bludd.....not too bad of a line up. Hopefully find next wave soon

 

At the moment, I have Snake Eyes (wave 1), Beachhead, Flint, Lady Jaye, Roadblock (wave 1 redeco), BBQ, Cobra Commander, Viper, Alley Viper, Firefly and Major Bludd.

With the prices supposedly going up on GI Joe and the Target exclusive issues, Im not going to be a completionist by any means. If know there are three different Cobra Troopers, Ill just get one, and pass on that upcoming Viper 3 pack. Also passing on the Tiger Force and Python Patrol repaints. Do kinda want Breaker but Im fine with these figures not having any vehicles.

 

I might try to do TF as I'm a big fan of it but I won't get everything they put out. I know I want the Cobra Storm Shadow and I've heard of a rumored Mutt and Junkyard which I'll get. I want to get Firefly and the Amazon Roadblock b/c it has the original deco but yeah with the price going up it'll be hit and miss for me.

 

Citi Trends near University & Asher: I picked up SDCC 2013 Shockwave's lab for $40, SDCC 2014 AOE Dinobots/Ark/Teletraan set for $80. They also had Throne of the Primes Primal for $50 and ER OP for $13. But they only had 1 of each! Might be worth checking out the other locations like on Geyer Springs, also North Little Rock, Jacksonville, and Conway. I should've picked up the ER OP just as a cheap customizing base.
