I really wouldn't worry about it too much. Factories have still been behind schedule as of late, and with new outbreaks I wouldn't be surprised if we see things revert back to the worst of the pandemic with most operations completely shutting down again.

I don't remember when they revealed the redesign for Landslip, but I'm pretty sure it was roughly around the same time they were already busy with manufacturing all the replacement parts for Compressor (which also delayed Paranoider/Bomber). Then they began manufacturing Sweeping. I don't believe we ever got an official word on why they redesigned Landslip, but they have shown us the prototype so I would be willing to bet that the holdup is manufacturing the figure rather than anything else.

That said, the standard procedure they've followed pretty faithfully so far is: 1) Reveal prototype, 2) Reveal colored samples, 3) Ship samples to specific YouTube channels for publicity, 4) Ship product roughly 3 months after sending out samples.

We haven't seen the colored samples yet, let alone videos of them. So while I have no doubt that the issue is just a waiting game with the manufacturing process (also keep in mind that it also took MONTHS for them to manufacture Compressor's replacement parts due to factories being so behind), we still have over 3 months of waiting to go. Last Nov I predicted that we wouldn't have Landslip until around this summer, and so far that looks to be the case.

 

It just kind of sucks that, being I only wanted two figures as individuals out of the group, Landslip is the one at the end of the line.

Only hope that since I paid in full, I won't have to pay more because we've bled into a more expensive point in shipping, costs, etc. Otherwise, I can wait. Worst case, I'll cancel (or be forced to if IT'S cancelled) and I just remain happy with the one I was able to get.

 

There’s no indication that this set won’t be completed. No need to create a doomsday prophecy. I reckon we’ll hear more after CNY.

 

Welcome to 3rd party. Sweeping still isn't in stock at most us distributors. No reason to be concerned yet. If he doesn't come out sometime in 2022 it may be time to wonder, but that's way off still.

 

I remain cautiously optimistic. The listing for Landslip is still available on TFSource, so I have no reason to believe it's been canceled yet. I'll worry if it disappears.

 

DS just update their routine during the CNY,and they said they hope they can give us some news about the thing we all care about after CNY.

Hey all, how good is aftermarket service from Devil Saviour? I (clumsily) managed to break one of the little plastic railings on Giant Axe while transforming him, so would like to order a replacement set. I didn't buy it through a retailer so would have to go to DS directly.

 

Is any retailer selling all 8 members as a set?

If yoy buy multiple figs on show z, its price is 770 USD. Like if you buy separately. Set should not be more expensive than buying separately.Take SS devy for example, The set costs 274.99 USD. If you buy separately,the SS devy costs USD 600.The prices for each DS figure are from show z. But each figure cost is ending with .99, so I rounded it up, thats how I arrived at 770 USD.

 

To be fair, they are not currently available as a set. You would be buying them as individuals in a bundle. I imagine that a proper box set would be cheaper if it were to be released, but have no idea if it might happen or not.

Also, DS Weibo stated in the past that there is currently no plan to release a boxed set.
