UT F***** ratchet joints for r02 and r03, but nero was the best, just that it was so bumpy. Now my only hope is UT make bumblebee prime, shatter, dropkick and seeker mold bumblebee
I personally don't want to, the Bumblebee's movie designs except for Shatter and Dropkick are not worth of Unique Toys Magic.
I'd rather they go for characters that still have yet to have some MPM figures than ones that already have a million of them Shatter and Dropkick would be great but otherwise give me characters like Brawl, Blackout, Sideswipe, etc.,
True, but they just cant make smooth ratchets like their galvatron could not hold the cannon because its soooo bumpy. Sorry if Its not related but heres a list of best 3rd party movie figs for 2021. Honourable mention: SX01 thunder warrior( He nearly made it, but the floppy legs stop me from putting him, though its good for bot mode.) LIST: 10. Zeta toys blitzwing( sorry but I am ranking the two molds, but zeta is the best) 9. SX02 sonic warrior soundwave( Best transformable soundwave for now.) 8. BS03 KO challenger 7. Cyber era bumblebee 6. Cyber factory cf01 starscream 5. OV01 KO ss61 sentinel prime 4. UT nero 3. JH01L dotm ratchet 2. Black apple optimus prime( take this as a draw( 1. BS02 skybreaker
I am going with Skybreaker. The added details really give it an edge, as well as having better colors. You really can't go wrong with either though, Dragoon is one of the best third party figures out there but was lacking in detail. Skybreaker fixed that and is the winner for me
For reasons I can't seem to work out, my Skybreaker just won't pose as nicely as my Dragoon. The arms seem to need to stick out further from the body and all kinds of weird awkward things. Given the better size and increased detail I really assumed I'd prefer Skybreaker, but I don't.
Shatter, Sideswipe and Drift please. The ice cream Twins would also be high on my list. Very disappointed at how close they were to actually happening when Black Apple got shut down.
That's interesting! I feel he poses pretty much the same as Dragoon did, I even shaved a bit if plastic they added to the shoulder that prevented it from moving back. Aside from needing to tighten up some joints, and the mentioned plastic shaving, he poses well for me.
BMB s OSKO Challenger (especially their chest proportions) looks ridiculous next to their USKO Dragoon. If you collect OSKO scale, you will need UT Dragoon.
I shaved off some of the post under his head(took out a V shape in the front of the post) to give his head a more natural downward look. I did not like the look before he look like he had a super skinny neck. I did not do the should tabs yet and may get around to them some day
I plan to buy a BS02 so I am looking for reviews on its quality. So far most of the issues I've heard of are about loose joints. I would like to ask if this figure has high risk of breakage. By "high risk", I mean similar risk of breakage to the IT-02 Dinobot figure (If you guys happen to know how the IT-02 got broken here and there when it was first released). Some die-cast parts on the UT R03 were changed to plastics in BS02 so I am afraid of breakage. Is it easy to get breakage like the IT-02 Dinobot?
If you can, please stay away from KOs and buy the original... You not only support the designers but you also save yourself a lot of frustration...
