Not interested in Hush figures, but that Nightwing spinning-baton effect is really creative. Glad companies are trying these kind of accessories with Thor’s hammer, Michaelangelo’s nunchucks, etc

EDIT 1: Also, that Nightwing could easily be reused for a comic Daredevil

EDIT 2: That T-800 would go great with my Mafex Robocop. Have held against all the neca offerings. Hope they do a full skeleton version to go with it.

 

Well, what a coincidence. I was just telling my kids about The Terminator and the first thing I open after is this post about it.

 

Yeah, I don't have single Terminator collectible but I think I may have to grab this one. Some of my favorite movies and I don't own anything besides the films themselves. Odd, I know.

 

Go share some more stuff about them and who knows? Maybe more Mafex figures might pop up for PO. I want a reissue of the JL movie Mafex figures. Try to work that into the conversation 

 

I think I have some Neca figures but for me, a lot of these movies were never a source for action figures I ever wanted. I think I’ve always separated toys and media properties other than the big one that was always both from the start - Star Wars. Stuff like He-Man, GI Joe and Transformers were toys with media designed to be commercials for the toys and I liked them mostly for the toys. If I wanted toys for every movie or show I liked, I’d be in way more trouble than I already am when it comes to space. That being said, I may have room for one really good Arnold Terminator.  

Haha, only problem is I’m trying to wipe the existence and memory of that pile of shit movie out of my mind.  My friend says I have to watch the Snyder cut for the Darkseid scene alone but I’m scared of the thought of sitting 3 hrs or so through that mess.

 

That Nightwing is a must for me. Was there any word on preorders yet?

 

Hmmm going with the police station shootout scene T-800 from T1 is a good choice. Sometimes I miss my hot toys T-800 figures, but they were never really fun to pose. Having Mafex take a crack at it could be fun and if they are well done....gonna be multiple 1/12 arnies up in here.

 

Yeah, that double fist pose they highlight is perfect for me. I don’t need any others except a full endoskeleton if someone makes a good one of those. If I get any more Arnie figures, I’d want Dutch.

 

I didn't watch the Whedon version. I liked the Snyder cut a lot though. Didn't like the original BvS release but I watched the supposed extended cut and somehow I didn't feel that much disdain towards it or unless I'm misremembering things. :/

 

I’ve passed on all the available Terminator stuff as well, but MAFEX has my interest. T2 is what I’d want though - gimme the T-800, Endoskeleton, and a T-1000 (my biggest want) with a good head sculpt!

I might get this just to support more, but it isn’t my first choice.

 

DC movies in general just make me cringe but sooner or later, I watch them because they are about comic book characters I have many fond memories of.

Terminator stuff is just nonexistent nowadays. I had Hot Toys Battle Damaged Terminator 1, normal Hot Toys Terminator 2, Sideshow 1:1 Endoskeleton Bust, and the Genisys Hot Toys Endoskeleton. Unfortunately, I sold it all  

 

As soon as I saw the wired batons, I thought of Daredevil. A Mafex Daredevil would be epic.

 

Nightwing is an insta-buy.
