Add me to that petition. Would love several S6 designs in Classified. That line was awesome about accessories.

 

Yeah, the carded Classified releases seem to be more toy-based. Which is good by me, I prefer the toys to the Sunbow look anyway (and for that, there’ll be S7 figures).

 

Given the recent turnaround in the designs they decided to put out, I wouldnt be surprised if they do things similar to TF, put out a more classic looking figure and then once in a while put out something that’s s bit different. Get sales off the popular figures, hit some targets, get more leeway to do something different.

 

Baroness at the least warrants a repurchase in my opinion since the CI one could be used as a generic with the biker helmet

Gung Ho and Roadblock both got redone as exclusives though, not like they took spots from a mainline figure

 

Speaking of Storm Shadow, anyone one selling an Arctic SS?

Sorry, but I think that Storm Shadow design looks bad. The metallic mask and Batman gloves just take away from everything that makes Storm Shadow Storm Shadow. He's supposed to be a traditional ninja, not a Captain America villain. He doesn't need cybernetic enhancements to win a fight, he wins by skill.

I'm quite pleased with the route the line has gone down as it felt like it was going to pull some Sigma Six bullshit for a bit (Buzzer with an energy blade instead of a chainsaw, YUCK!).

 

i'll be po'ed if i miss the real HD release, i've got a good stand in for the moment

 

I am doing the same, I'll get all the 6" and 7" versions of pretty much all the characters, I'm just trying to avoid any new 3.75" figures, o-ring or reaction.

 

happy you got what you want, but i still like the look of what we were shown over what we got, i have plenty of traditional SSs, i was ready for something diff, i was ready for this line to not be a retread but something new, oh well again glad you got what you want

I will always Prefer Sigma6 to everything before it and most of everything after it had S6 been released in 6" scale i would only have Roadblock and the Ninjas instead of a whole Cobra display i'm building upon, oh well this Storm Shadow isn't cool enough to go into the Cobra display so he'll go into the ninja display and i'll make that SS that we didn't get

 

The LJ is tempting because of the lighter green, but for sure Destro and Baroness do not warrant a swap out. I'll just buy 1 of each to keep them carded.

None of the stuff Hasbro is doing is animated. It’s all based of the original figs.

Sorry, but I think the tattoo version would have been better than the half-assed retro but not really retro version we are getting. I want a real retro Storm Shadow that looks exactly like the 1980’s card art. And I want another modern Storm Shadow like the one with the tattoos. Not this repainted, watered down route they seem to be taking now.

 

I think they're going for comic look. I prefer the black cartoon and toy look. Guess this is not for me.

 

I like the inked Storm Shadow but wasn't crazy about the mask..
But I also wanted that Baroness with the purple in her hair too..
It is what it is at this point I guess

 

They specifically said destro was Sunbow because of his grey boots and eyebrows on his Metal mask.

 

I agree. When I saw the Bane mask on Stormshadow in the fist pic of him from Classified I was like ugh. I am happy with the newer one(Which I have not gotten yet) my area can’t even get the Bat and the Alley viper.

 

Same, my area can't host vipers or bats due to back stock on lady jaye and movie figs.
