Hecc I've tried several times to do get it to work but I don't think I fully understand it. The circuit is the green part right?

I’ve also been desperately trying to get my battle mask head to work and I’ve got nothing, same with the blaster. I think both are just non functional sadly.

I'm not so sure about this. If the ball is tight enough to seize, then you're looking at a scenario where you're counting on the glue and the plastic around the pin to overcome the excessive friction in the ball joint, at least until you manage to work some lube into it (which is difficult since the joint is mostly hidden in a die cast piece, and you can't really remove the ball.) I'm not certain that the plastic can actually stand up to that, which is why I've just been partsforming the one that broke on mine.

After having him for a little over a week now, I can definitely say I’m enjoying him and he feels very sturdy. It’s already been said that time will tell how the materials will hold up but for now I’m pretty confident!

I was able to remove the ball joint by sticking a flat-head screwdriver in the slot by the socket. I've been sanding that socket before applying some lube before I pop the ball joint back in.

Yes, is the green circuit, it's too flat and the battery don't makes contact. I squeezed a little bit the black cables of the sides to reduce the space between the batteries and the green circuit.

Try cutting an small piece of aluminum foil paper, fold it three or four times and place it on the circle of the green circuit to improve contact with the batteries.

I calculated the truck's scale and it's 1:25, compared to 1:18-1:20 of the beetle. However, they look so good together I say f scale, if it looks good it looks good.

I transformed him yesterday. I must say that I really like this figure, it's a surprise in all the ways. A very smart transformation with very good materials, everything is a pleasure. Every piece tabs correctly with the others. No hard steps. No thin tabs. No brittle pieces.

My advice, if you find some tight piece, use one drop of lube and move it gently.

It's a very solid car and BIG! The aesthetics of the car is good but not clean at all, IMO I prefer the car mode of TE01.

I really recommend this guy, it's a very solid figure with a very fun transformation.

Just a heads up, your bumblebee's legs is mistransformed, the real rear lights should tuck inside the leg and not jutting off, but it still does look cool.

OV01 sentinel prime came in yesterday and came with a bunch of autobot stickers One of which fits the hammer perfectly. Going to try to put the smaller ones on the heads later. Love the feeling of adding finishing touches to things. Oddly satisfying

I'm not that lucky. This hammer is pretty difficult to fit an emblem. I have dozens of sizes and colours, none of them can fit properly. :lol

I'm really excited for this figure. I want to get the eventual Cliffjumper repaint but I am very tempted for this guy

Does anyone have a pic of the tail lights tucked into the legs? Preferably with the shin parts open. I don't seem to be getting the clearance to tuck those away. Thank you.

Actually I stand corrected. I managed to do it and look at that they do tuck in. When you rotate the section with the tail light on it you have rotate it flat, it may seem like it wont go but it will, you will feel/hear a little thup and it will go flat in place

So how's the consensus on this figure? I am about the get this figure next month as a birthday present. Any cautionary warning for this figure?

On my copy the ball joint for the rear fender was stuck. Check to make sure when you rotate the rear fenders that the ball joint rotates with it. If it doesn't you'll need to lube it otherwise the pin will eventually strip the fender piece until it falls off. This is the only issue I've had but others reported the ball joints on the doorwings being stuck as well so might want to lube those too or risk breaking the post holding it.
