Hi. Has anyone ever placed an order or preorder with the site Bombusbee? Are they reliable? Thank you.

 

I preordered both UT Dragoon and Galvatron and have also bought other figures from their AliExpress store , so far all have come in perfect condition, Galvatron should arrive this week.

Is AliExpress associated with Bombusbee?

 

Bombusbee has a store in AliExpress just like Show Z Store, I guess it's like when some brand has it's official store in Amazon.

 

Yep, I did two transactions with them and have a couple items preordered. They are 100% legit. In terms of price and shipping speed, similar to ShowZ, now that they have gotten their shipping problems under control.

 

Has anyone tried to contact their customer service and received a reply? I sent them a message on a order over a week ago and no response.

 

They responded to me but not as on top of things as showz

 

I sent two mails over a period of four months and never received a reply. They are legit as far as coughing up the goods, but their communication is non-existant.

 

I got ahold of them through Facebook messenger

 

I just got my order paid for acoustic wave so I hope so cause I passed up on my chance for one through toydojo. My bombusbee was cheaper and I had a pre-order already put in.

 

A) a forum search would have got you this answer.

B) check your spam box. All emails i get from bombusbee go there no matter how many times i list them as not spam.

 

How long does it take for them to ship their items? I ordered a figure three days ago that is in stock. No message yet, no shipping yet

 

Usually happens pretty quick for me.
Sometimes it helps going into the actual order and seeing if there isn't an update there.
Sometimes it says "awaiting shipping" while there's already a tracking code.
Always use 4PX from Bombusbee.

 

I've used them for about 5 things now no issues with stuff arriving however!

I got my incursus and it was missing it's head so i'm trying to get that sorted and so far i'm not impressed, i got an email back from them saying they'll look into i've heard nothing in 2 weeks so i'm gonna give them till the end of chinese new year if they've not got back to me i'm probably gonna have to make a claim or go to mmc directly

 

I’ve found they take longer to dispatch than other places, but the actual transit time seems to be quicker.
Likely they just update their system in batches every few days despite the products actually being dispatched in a standard timeframe

 

Yes i have, multiple even. And currently have multiple pre-orders.
And yes, very reliable. (Or i wouldnt have preorders with them  )

 

What carrier do they use? Have two packages and it asks me to choose what carrier/shipped?

I think the most convenient way to track international parcels is an app called "Parcels".
It detects the carrier automatically, after entering a tracking number.

Alternatively it can be checked on their online tracking website "parcelsapp.com".

 

Use 4PX.

 

4PX is not an option after scrolling down.
