Shipping notice this morning yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!

 

Ordered both him and G2 Vortex off of PSX. I did have them pre-ordered over at BBTS because I didn't feel like paying in advance at the time, but screw the wait. Gimme now. Got a shipping notice almost immediately, but it's obviously just the electronic dispatch.

 

Ordered mine form BBTS so I can expect Medicus sometime in the next 6 months lol. Would have bought him from PSX but the shipping is way too much for me.

perfect looking first aid !! looks better with each picture but again that autobot logo there noooooooooooooooooo!  

 

It seems kind of weird to me that there's black trim around every window but the driver/passenger side windows.

 

there is a LOT of people triggered by that symbol placement. I didnt even realise till i looked up the animation shot. Weirdest thing is there a spot for it. Like with groove
Dont get me wrong. Im OCD about some weird shit. just amusing.

Bloody hell he looks nice. Ocular max utterly knock it out of the park these days. Always fair price, great representation. I just wish they did more figures.

 

Got Dem, this is the best looking MP figure that MMC has put out IMO.
Only thing FT could beat MMC on is the finish because you know whenever they do their First Aid it won't have the articulation.
Going all in on this set because of first aid and hotspot, all the other protectobots always look eh anyways.

 

Not sure of this particular model, but that is somewhat accurate to some versions of the Nissan Vanette, from a cursory search. At least, around all the rear passenger windows, the trim is significantly bolder. Around the door windows is just the thin line of the rubber gasket.

 

I pre-ordered this set instantly because I have their Bruticus and I love it, but was never -truly- sold on their Defensor

I am now sold after seeing First Aid, bring on the rest!

 

ok, so MMC First Aid is on the market who will be next? and when?

 

If we follow the numbers, it'll be Blades.



Hopefully @LazyAza or @RVDA will be able to share some more info soon now that First Aid has been released and seems to have a very positive reaction.

 

It should be. The leg bots' 3D models were finished last, and it gives the engineers more time to make sure they and Hotspot will be stable.

 

Blades finished design really quickly after FA back in 2020 so yes its most likely Blades will be release 2. Streetwise was like 3-4 months later. towards the later half of 2020.

In about mid 2021 was when Hotspot was looking closer to done but he still wasn't fully complete until fairly late last year and Makoto was still tweaking minor things on him last I heard. Groove only got his final little details just as 21 was about to end.

And I speak purely of designs. People often don't understand just because a design is complete doesn't indicate at all how the development of the mold itself will go. Dzef famously having lots of problems and revises as his mold developed over 3 years. It can happen to ANY toy. It just tends to be the unconventional designs (beast bots, armor gimmick figures etc) that can run in to more mold problems than others.

MMC's Hotspot is also a fair bit more complex than Onslaught was, more moving torso parts and all that so I wonder how he'll go.
