I havent seen any western review of the complete MS Devy yet?!?! I remember the NA reviews came out relatively quick after the last set came out. I still havent found a definitive transformation guide to combined mode. Also I was expecting more in-depth comparison videos.

 

I was too tired to bother looking for Frenzy's pile drivers.

 

Yes, FINALLY. My Pre-Order is processing, points have been applied, still no tracking info yet but it's coming!

I almost shot coffee out of my nose laughing at this. And, it gets my son's seal of approval. He wants me to make it when my Set C shows up so... Thanks for that now.

the not quite matching green color between sets is definitely noticeable and unfortunate.  

Also, while you’re pulling him apart to extend the toe, you should make these 2 changes also:

I went through a couple of english speaking transformation videos, but they kind of sucked. I watched a couple of the chinese ones, but they go so fast (even trying to replicate at .25x ain't easy) and ofc they just have music playing, so there's no instruction or people pointing with spudgers at what to do. I should pull out the paper instructions  

 

I had to watch at half speed and pause a lot.

 

I wouldn’t mind making a combined mode transformation video. I have the day off work tomorrow for an interview in the morning. Might do that with my afternoon.

 

I think that unfortunate mistake was made in Chicago... That looks like our EL system. I hope that guy wasn't concussed too bad...

 

It would help a lot if sometimes they'd just hold it still after completing a section. Some of 'em do, but seems like either my YT search is broken, or not a lot of reviewers have done MS Devy.

 

That sucks but its also par for the course. I had to Kiki NewAge Scrapper's hips which were just a little too loose for my liking. Will have to do the same for Magic Square Scrapper's feet.

 

I finally got my team complete for a couple of days and yesterday I thought I would combine them in an hour or so. HOW NAIVE AM I?
After several hours and a ton of YT videos (screw that official instruction) Roller Master is nearly in combine mode, but there's on step I can't figure out.
I know that the chest needs to be extended but then the frame, where the barrel or drum is mounted on, is too short so that the arms won't fit into the
frame anymore. What am I missing?

This is only the first figure and it's already an ordeal for me  

 

Fold those bumper pieces down and the arms tab into the sides.

 

i believe you're done. it's only the top section that covers the head that need to be extended to make it longer to be the same height of scrapper in leg mode. the chest stays collapsed and together as in your 1st photo.

EDIT: nvm, you do have to extend the chest as well. do as @G.I.EDDIE says and rotate the bumper pieces out of the way so that the end of the arms can extend past and flush with them.

This set, these figures, this Devastator is truly THEE set. It's beautiful. Near perfection. My only issues are articulation points MS could've and should've easily engineered into the set. Not being able to look down or have articulated wrists is something that should be pretty standard by now.
