Yup. the bot modes are god awful, and many of the joints are pegs. And the face scuplts are terrible when they try to do hoo-mans.

But yeah, kind of love the ugly pricks. The alt modes are well accomplished - particularly that clone transport in hiding the robot bits.

 

They finally refunded me for Orange Tiggywinkle from weeks ago, only took 6 emails  

I backed VS initially but after the Ark arrived in a £160 right state and they thought Rodimus was somehow worth £90+, then they put out that Haslab Legends Sentinel with fix it yourself knees... I was out! I've seen nothing but expensive shitshows with their own exclusives since.

Perfect QC on my copy, apart from the wings dropping off literally as if you were to breath on them like @Brooticus stated earlier. Needs some superglue on his ankle ball joints to tighten him up but besides that I can’t complain. He is amazing, and definitely my favourite “Kingdom” beastie. Bring me Tarantulas and Inferno!!

 

More chance of FT finishing all the Headmasters then Maketoys coming back and finishing them. I'd rather have them all the same aesthetic so the YM guys are getting the boot

 

I'm just a little miffed that it's exactly the same Vok disc with the "Wrong" Earth back with Terence, I was hoping that at least it would be the alternative symbols that the disk shifted to in the show, plus it's a very brown gold when not catching the light, woulda thought it could at least be due a proper blinging up for this subline, yeah?

When I first joined a few years ago, I found the whole site quite exciting. But it quickly wore off and I think I'm too casual a collector to get any mileage from the speculation threads. Also there's a definite correlation between spending time on TFW and spending money on Transformers.

Case in point, I held fast on not needing Kingdom Waspy because it's no upgrade on the T30/LG. Spend a few mins in the BW Thread and.......SAF sells another Waspinator. Shrug & sigh.

I spent the afternoon having an iron infusion. I got a nice cup of tea & a teacake with it, so that was fun!

Seeing Stridor I'm filled with a mighty need. Hopefully he'll still be available on pay day. I've finally worked out how to make room for a MOTU Origins display, so I can start getting them again. I might even get myself Castle Greyskull as an early birthday present on payday!

Seeing the wave lists upthread, I'd actually forgotten about Jhiaxus. I'll definitely be in for him if he looks good, but the nice thing is that after three lines where I've wanted to buy absolutely everything, there are some easily skippable ones for me this time around. I may get Armada Starscream depending on how well executed he is (and whether he comes with his minicon), and Kmockout is a possibilitu, but otherwise the non-G1/BW stuff is a pretty easy pass for me

Except Cybertron Metroplex, who I find weirdly appealing...

 

So Blaster, SG Blaster and Twincast are on the way.

It does make me want a Soundblaster from Netflix Soundwave though. Perhaps with Buzzsaw & a rsndom Ravage repaint (Glit preferred, Cobalt Sentry accepted too). There's an easy exclusive right there!
