As far as I know it’s just the repair bay and some misalignment of the trailer (but this seems like more of a cosmetic issue)

 

I am surprised by how many people who don't actually read the thread and speculate about the potential bad QC of this figure and how it will make their house explode if they ever get the first batch when there is only a misalignment issue that MS are aware of and who decided to sell the part later to make their best to be correct with their customers... Humanity never ceases to amaze me!

 

Well to be fair, you have to read pretty closely to really get what's going on. Especially since it seems some stores are handling it differently. ShowZ isn't offering the combat deck separately, are they? If you order from ShowZ, your choices are the version without the deck or to wait until April for the complete version. And was it Bombusbee that's doing the separate deck? Honestly I have no idea and I've read every post.

 

I think a lot of the vitriol comes from NA fans complaining about MS products in MS threads to elevate NA products. That being said, MS fans do the exact same thing in NA threads, and many of us did have valid complaints about how MS initially handled the repair bay issue.

But list of defects? Damn guys, this may literally be the best g1 Prime ever released…

Sorry for "triggering" you! But yes I read the forums. No I do not have the time to scower through every page everytime. Paying around $90, you might as well get it done right and clean enough the first time especially when missing half of the essential accessories initially.

Other than that, may have to wait for the complete batch release anyway.

Not sure I'd go that far, yet. I may change my mind once I have it in hand, but there are marks it clearly misses on the short list of things that make for "the best" G1 Prime for me.

 

perhaps, once they iron out the kinks. While I put it on the factory, there’s a reason companies shoot for six sigma, as far as a defects per million opportunities.
That said, 64.99 is fine for a defective trailer I don’t want anyway.

 

That is an excellent post. I fell so blessed about this figure and about the time we live in. Especially when I think of one the forum member who died before handling MP-44 when it was one of his most forward looking release. And with this figure, MS is crushing MP-44 even if the scale is different.

 

or you do not get notifications from this board about reactions, I have it a lot with certain topics, where I know I reacted and am following it.
I just checked my notification listings and everything is on but I mis 70% of the reactions the last month, when I check in.
I have to check manual now in the forum list to see wich topics are active and when I see a lot of long back and forth talking going on with out updates, I also stopped reading most.

 

These pics from Weibo are really tempting me to go for the "Bayless" Prime.....

Hell yes. I don't own the first release of V1, joined the game too late. If I can find it in the future for a very nice price, I'd probably want him, just for my collection.
This first release V2 isn't the perfect deco for me, but this time I'm there to grab it for my collection  
Next I'll cop a metallic with transparant windows.
My favorite deco would be a completely red toon V2, no stripe, no yellow arm details, transparant windows, non metallic. Make it happen MS

Same. Really nice figure, no stress marks on mine. But, I got dark purple from NA at the same time. Oh, boy. Sometimes you have to give them credit. Seekers and Shocky are their turf.

So, I'm skipping Op 2.0's first print. See you on April, or whenever the whole deal is ready. I won't get bored, I think I have the exact time to wholly transform Devy another couple of times and heal my fingertips  

 

Yeah I went NA on seekers too but their shockwave had those tiny mp36 feet. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see a re-release of shocky in chrome or dark.

I will PayPal @Huub $10 if they make transparent windows. Not shiny but transparent. It would require a significant remold. Those 2 windows would have to be split into no less than 6 parts.
