@SJW your pics convinced me and I placed an order. Thought I was fine with Badcube but the head sculpt on Rig looks better, and definitely better legs.

 

I was going to ask the thread which type of insignia everyone went with, but after seeing your silver-backed one on Rig that question has been answered for me. Def going with it.

I’ll second this. Generally I like the silver-backed insignias on bots with pearlized paint, and either go with clear- or white-backed for bots with flat paint/plastic. Not sure why I wavered with Rig, as looking at the pics I think silver-backed is def the way to go.

 

Rig is great! The lack of forward/backward rock on the ankles is not!

Overall happy, but he's not perfect cos of that. Makes posing annoying, detracts from how pretty he is.

Absolutely agree with you. Just a shame we couldn’t get that extra articulation on the ankles.

 

They are doing the same thing with the new minibot designs they put out too.

Not sure why this has become a trend. Older minibots didn't suffer from it iirc, and I don't think Parkour does. Weird.

 

It seems like Parkour might indeed have a foot rocker. It’s hard to say.

my issue as well. Everything I have now is super toon… Takara, Fanstoys, and Transform Element. I have a few from other makers, but all are heavily toon except kfc transistor, xtb boost, and Grump.

 

Got mine today. Looks excellent in person. Another win in my book.

 

I ordered through Bombusbee. I do not question if they are legit- it has been affirmed at nauseam. Rather, can anyone confirm or elaborate on what "Standard Shipping" is? I got a tracking number but it does not link with any known carrier.

 

You need to search for carrier 4PX under advanced search I think.

They are legit. There is a coding error on their website that won't link the tracking correctly. Take the number and run it through 17pack or 4px.

 

Got my Rig today. Only thing that really bugs me about FT are the tiny little paint chips that can happen fairly easily on the corners of the diecast pieces. Fortunately nothing significant, not even visible on display, but kind of annoying that it happens.

His weirdo face is also creeping me out.

 

Check the blue headlights on his feet when you get him guys....spent too much time admiring his bot mode and only noticed it when i transformed him...

the left side on mine was gone and is not in the packaging. QC 21.

 

Still don't have time for transform this guy yet but so far so good.
The paint and build is outstanding, and I kind of like his uniqueness design.
Also, he is too much back heavy than I though.
Wish he have ankles tile up and down, at least he have waist swivel, lol.
