All my local ones got regular deluxe stock for the holidays so it isn't looking good. Went to the Albany branch this morning, they at least had no deluxes.

PS I waived the white flag. Pipes came last week from Amazon. Slammer is somewhere in the USPS shipping system and I have Blaster on order at BBTS. Very concerned about the BB Kup and Cliffjumper

My guess

Buys (or maybe steals) toy cheeper at Ollies
Returns cheeper toy in the more expensive toy box to Walmart/target

Sells the more expensive toy Without the box on Ebay(or where ever)

Personally I think he’s actually finding a way to steal the cheaper toys at Ollies, maybe he works there and can you change the prices or he’s got a friend in there that helps him get out an entire box , however he’s doing it this guy seems to be doing this at big numbers I recall was walking into a place in finding about 5 ER Grapples in SS86 Hotrod boxes

 

I can’t imagine it pays much. Also, why hasn’t Henrietta loss prevention caught him yet?

Looking at some of the prices I have seen on eBay and other used-ish toy selling options I can see him more then breaking even

And the guy just isn’t hitting Henrietta, people here have reported switched boxed figures From Canandaigua to Niagara Falls and all points in between

So this guy is either getting around or there might be more of them

At one point I had a few conversations With one of the loss prevention guy at the Henrietta Walmart, he was actually completely oblivious to the issue but when I let him know what was up if he Told me he had a suspect in mind that they had noticed a lot of returns with toys but never having a receipt

But I never inquired as to any updates on what happened there

There was a fresh case of the pipes and slammer wave at the Washington Ave Walmart in albany last night. Anyone seen the new RED figures or new black series wave in albany yet?

 

I was actually there this morning when they unboxed the case.

Is it the new BS wave with Tech?

I remember seeing them shelf warm pretty hard at either Latham or Colonie Target (I can't for the love of God remember which, thanks Identical layouts)
