I'm probably going to skip Moon Knight. I quite like the character, but it's been kind of ruined for me by becoming a focal point in my incredibly visceral dislike of a certain (bearded, Essex-based) creator. Which is stupid, but I don't seem to be able to get away from it

Anyway, Pulse have tried to charge Terrorsaur but I skint. Tome to either beg Mrs Toadimus for money or to cancel & hope one pops up in stock at the end of the month. Who'd have thought Pulse shipping things early would be a problem?

Had to spend half an hour scrabbling around in the living room carpet because a small panel on Scrapper's chest fell out so some glue is at the top of my next shopping list as I don't want that happening again.

Favourite vehicle modes of this set are Mixmaster and Scavenger. Best transformations are Scavenger and Bonecrusher by a f'ing mile 'cos they're both straightforward.

Might start the combination during the day.

Tigatron = Beast mode aside, I never warmed to him in the cartoon as he was a bit dull. My favourite characters were Rattrap, Dinobot, Waspinator and Quickstrike.

Glad you like Newage Beachcomber, after watching a video with his transformation I think him & Mirage will be just what I need after the hassles with getting the MS Constructicons from one mode to the other.

Wreck Gar was a surprise for me, same as Gnaw. I didn’t expect to enjoy them and got them for completions sake only but I’m actively waiting for Junkheap. Although I’m repurposing him as a Decepticon aligned Mercenary called Wildhog

 

Got my email about Terrorsaur as well, excited to get him but still awaiting my Tigatron to ship. Is Kapow's stock delivery later than that of Pulse and others, does anyone know?

 

The etsy link doesnt seem to work. The wing covers in that last link look really bad and out of place being silver. They should be red. I'm at the point where there's so many filler kits and upgrades, I'm only gonna go for ones that are desperate for it. Like Grapple/Inferno, or kingdom Magnus, ones where the gaps are huge and obvious. The BW and likes of Pipes, I feel like I can skip those as the gaps are smaller and hidden away, and the figures are awesome enough as is.

Well... maybe kingdom scorponok can get one.

A fair point, that I very grudgingly accept. I might argue that Rhinox served a similiar role with more wit and charm. But only might.

The Kingdom Beasties have been an interesting game of two halves, from triumph to stinker. It's interesting to note that to the eyes of many some of the worst figures from that portion of the line have been those that got figures in T:30 (though obviously not exclusively, cf Cheetor).

It sux it had to be either or.

@barry - tend to agree on Tiggy - at least his early appearances until he actually proved to be marginally useful and was prepared to shoot stuff. I think it displayed the limits even fairly decent writers could go with trying to make a credible pacifist/Conchie argument when you've only got 20 mins per episode and a cast of low tens. It came across as tone-deaf and stupidly indulgent.

Rhinox was WAY better at presenting the reluctant warrior who had gravitas/dignity and was the go-to when the shit hit the propeller.

At least it gave Airazor something to do.
