San Francisco, but I always get them to price match online. I rarely get pushback, they’re so used to it by now.

But did the Symbiote even make it to the pegs? Not sure how this wave is shipped.

They're getting in full cases of seemingly random figures. My local Targets seem to only have Symbiote and Ben Reilly.

Gonna hit my Target tomorrow, see if they put any more retro figures out. Really hoping for Hobgoblin or Hammerhead (or another case of Spidys would be nice)

Speaking of the wave, Shocker is amazing (sorry for the shitty phone pics)

Wong is great to finally have in hand! I can’t wait for the rest of the Multiverse of Madness figures!

Yeah, he’s super nice! I love the colours on him too, and how matte they are.

I initially wasn't too keen on it due to the lack of accessories, and at the time, there were some rumors going around that a similar or better figure might show up as part of the Alex Ross series, so I didn't really make an effort to make sure I secured one ahead, by the time I changed my mind due to the reviews, it hit aftermarket prices already, so I thought I'd wait it out, but then the prices just kept going higher :lol

Hm I didn't notice about the other multi packs, but I did take note of that with the Spidey ones, hopefully this one will be an upgrade. Hopefully also an opportunity to try out their new pinless articulation.

I also hope we'll get some more of the heralds this year, they'd make fantastic complements to Galactus.

A MARVELS-based Spidey…that’s what I’ve been waiting to see! That’s been rumored for the past few years, bet we’ll see it this year.

Seeing that Hasbro started rolling in pinless bucks to Legends, I’d love to see retro Spider-Man with pinless arms/legs but also a ball joint/hinge for the ankles instead of a shin swivel, like on Doctor Doom. The shin swivel breaks the sculpt. Or it might be better if the shin swivel is mounted higher directly below the lower/2nd knee joint on each leg. That might still look weird when used but it would be better than the current shin swivel on the retro Spidey buck. I’d also want scribed weblines and an inkwash(given that this year is the 20th anniversary of Legends and the scribed/inkwashed weblines was something Toy Biz pioneered, this is the best time to homage that). Also like if the feet could bend forward more at the ankle and toe joints would actually work for Spider-Man too(usually hate how they look on Legends but for Spider-Man I’d make an exception).

One Target in my area did their aisle reset so far and I was able to get almost all of the Retro Spidey wave except for Hammerhead. I had to go there two days in a row to get almost all of them though as yesterday they had Ben Reilly Spidey, Shocker, Hobgoblin, and the Spider-Armor Mark 1. Today they had the Black Costume Spidey on the shelves and all of the other retro Spidey figures were gone except Hobgoblin. LOL

If Hasbro hadn't gone the lazy route on him and gave him a new head sculpt and cape... I will admit I did pick one up, but he's actually WORSE than the original release. Like he can't even stay on his glider as the non-pointed boots cannot hook into the slots and thus he slides right out.

Oh, and they also had half the Doctor Strange movie wave. Was just missing both Dr. Strange and Mondu. When I saw things yesterday, they had a bunch of Wong, America Chavez, Sleepwalker, and D'Spayre. Today, most were gone...except America Chavez. The peg was still completely full for her.

As a relative newbie to Marvel Legends, does Hasbro ever do reissues, or is it a case of one and done?

They’re likely to do a recolor or put out a slightly different version in a twopack or something

Stright reissued figures only happened a couple times for overseas best of waves

Ah... that's a shame. I was too late for Blue Beast and retro Wolvie and Spidey, and I'm loathe to pay the prices they go for now. With those characters, though, there's bound to be more versions released at some point... particularly the last two.

They're more likely to do repaints or release it with different accessories in a two-pack or one of the Retro waves. It's rare to see a straight up reissue. Most recent one I can think of is comics Kang and we have a leak for some Black Panther film reissues coming.
