Finally. Here you go. There are some photos that show Halonix Maximus having light up eyes and the chest piece. My bad I got the price wrong. It is ¥1980. That’s circa £220. Factor in shipping probably looking at another £40/50 on top. Not accounting for import vat/admin charge into the UK. I swerved those on the Devy upscale kit and slippers.

It’s GT hybrid color edition. I think it was a limited repaint.

 

I'd find it difficult to choose between Badcube and Fanstoys. Luckily I'm a big Huffer fan (1st Transformer as a kid + Masterpiece) so i'll be keeping the Hufferverse of madness!

 

Fanstoys definitely has the better finish and it's more accurate but this is one of those cases where I feel like they've taken it too far. It's accurate to a fault. I really don't like the arms coming out of the middle of his torso. And I think BC's head sculpt looks better too (though I always thought Huffer in the cartoon was one of "the ugly ones" so that probably affects my opinion.

 

FT is doing Gears, was just officially announced. I'll probably be sticking with BC but maybe replacing Swerve.

I'm the opposite way, I like to have my minibots all look very different. I totally understand I'm a bit odd  

 

I went with TT one these and don't regret it, but I've got to say it: man, these look good! are Thundercracker and Skywarp free from the paint-rubbing issue?

 

TransArt BWM-03 Metal Leopard Commander

 

Thundercracker seems to have chalkier paint and it's been suggested by some that he doesn't have a protective topcoat on his paint. Skywarp feels the same as Starscream. I haven't lost any paint that I've noticed on any of them though I haven't transformed Skywarp yet.
