Damnedest thing... die cast pieces make toys heavy. And a lot of die cast makes them even heavier.

 

Taking apart Roadking, I found tabs and slots that didn’t match alt mode or robot mode. So yes, I agree that they made a full version of the gestalts. Question is, was it plastic or the full run? My only concern would be joints. Even if they were hollow like a chcoloate Easter bunny, those joints have to be sound enough.

I do think that you’re right that something else is happening.

 

I guess all bots are too heavy we all Know Fanstoys using lots of diecast parts. I think Combined mode doesn't tolerate that weight . Of course I don't have any of the FT Aerialbots this is my personal opinion.

Definitely! Fans Toys probably did not consider this fact, but your world-shattering, hawking-level observation will probably send FT right back to the drawing board altogether!

 

In one of Paik4life’s videos he weighed a Toy world constructicon and a Fans toys limb bot and the Toy world was heavier.

They went underground for a while there when all the shit hit the fan in china with third party toy manufacturers and KO manufacturers which was smart on their behalf as they are clearly still operating.

they’ve been more active since acoustic wave and rig in regards to internet presence, even uploading transformation videos and what not.

this is going to be a big year for them. We are looking at 8 releases already!

I’m sure we will see something of the combiners before the years out. New photos of dead end in colour or arielbots prototype shots.

They won’t abandon this project. They are trying to make a complete masterpiece collection. Not finishing these combiners would fuck them. They aren’t going to do that to themselves. No one would trust them in regards to combiners ever again. And hell I’d rather them take the time to get it right then have another MMC bruticus on my shelf that can barely stand up on its own

 

I too, watch Bobby Skullface's videos and base my opinion on figures that I do not own, on his opinion.
