    BBTS is the best. I received the wrong item a few months ago, I emailed them, they CALLED me.

    A Mafex figure I received this week has a broken wrist joint. I emailed them and asked if it was possible for me to buy a replacement arm. They're sending me a whole new figure.

    I get the orange plug thing. Whatever. My MP-36 came from them. It was easy enough to remove.

    I have an Insecticon, but he’s incomplete (his bicep/front scarab leg is missing.) Tried to look it up in the rules, do incomplete figures count?

    Never had that one. Honestly always thought most of the DOTM Optimus figures were pretty terrible looking.

    Next challenge is ROTF Recon Ravage; should be easier since he had some more distribution (I think.)
