    BBTS is the best. I received the wrong item a few months ago, I emailed them, they CALLED me.

    A Mafex figure I received this week has a broken wrist joint. I emailed them and asked if it was possible for me to buy a replacement arm. They're sending me a whole new figure.

    I get the orange plug thing. Whatever. My MP-36 came from them. It was easy enough to remove.

    I have an Insecticon, but he’s incomplete (his bicep/front scarab leg is missing.) Tried to look it up in the rules, do incomplete figures count?
