That one does look good. My only concern is the price it’s going for along with finding it only on two sites. I read he was limited edition?

 

Agree, cause NA will do every repaint color, so you basically get everything they do.

If I had it to do over I would have gone 100% new age.

 

He hasn’t been out for too long, but yeah he’s already sold out at Showz and Terry’s. Baba has him. They say limited for the EX versions, but sometimes they do reissue. NA EX Megs got a reissue. I wouldn’t count on it though, I’d snatch him asap.

He’s expensive but super solid and premium. He’s a beautiful fig, one of my faves from last year. I use him as Delta, and I love him.

 

The more I look at him, the more I admire NA so I’ll probs go with the NA. Baba was sold out but I think I’ll hold out on ToyDojo and TCP having him in stock for a while. I wanna grab some other SG figs I like more. Thanks for info!

The NA Optimus boy band (so far), all faction-labeled up. Inner Magnus is often repurposed as SG Nemesis Prime in my collection (and he’ll be keeping his armor off). Went with dual symbols for SG Prime, like the original Botcon toy. Diaclone Powered Convoy/Delta Magnus WILL be wearing his armor on the shelf, but he looks so pretty in blue I almost hate to cover it up.

Even with the double chest, I really like this mold a lot.

 

Tonight's efforts 4 more transformed.
Remember I could only get the blue Trailbreaker so I painted it myself black well only just now got access to paint the unreachable bits so a few bits here snd there to touch in, his and If Mirage both had intreasting and clever transformations. Highly recommended.

Finally have a display and lined up my S1 / S2 Autobots. Pretty stoked on the direction my collection is going (TFTM / S3 guys on another shelf).

IF Wheeljack has filled the gap for the moment, the blue lit gill head is a nice touch. Waiting for a solid g1 though and surprised that neither MS/ NA tackled him yet.


Really happy with my middle ground. Might upgrade the size of Trailbreaker with the MFT ko once I see the the height difference and when MS drops their Jetfire, IF Cygnus will be replaced.


And then these guys.. Major placeholders on the right but the 2022 MS releases will knock out 5. HS ratchet/ Ironhide need to go, IF mirage/ jazz and MFT hound served their time well. Eagerly waiting to complete the Datsun bros and replace my legends+ smokescreen, tracks & gears. Fingers crossed for Lambros v2 as I couldn't stand the derpy Ms faces & went with MFT. (Swoop & NA cosmos on top teletraan).

 

Yeah I have a rather large IF collection that I’m going to get rid of the moment MS/ NA release their own versions of the characters. Definitely selling off all the IF Carbots and Jetfire myself when we finally get good lambos. I wasn’t feeling the previous MS versions myself. I’m just stuck in limbo deciding who to go with for the full carbot line as it’s really one or the other due to size issues between NA and MS. I really like the NA carbots but I prefer the size of MS. I’ve been double dipping on all the carbots between NA and MS but with the prices going up, I need to decide which line I want to stick with for those figs at least.
