I think she'll make a decent Road Rocket. Maybe pick up that version because I think the "bones" of this toy are good. This does nothing for me.
You know what I smell??? I smell a kit from DNA Design that will give the first wave figures a whole bunch of new accessories and maybe even a head for Arcee more TFP accurate. I'm actually kinda interested in this figure, and will buy it just for the hey of it.
Don’t know how I missed that. Her hands looked so out of alignment with the rest of her Forearms I assumed they just folded in. Still, half of Wave 1 Legacy Deluxes don’t have wrist swivels. Not a strong showing.
If you're thinking "This won't replace my Prime Arcee!" you missed the point of the figure. The point is to concept the figure if they were a character in a G1 style show. OF COURSE you're not going to replace your Prime Arcee with that; that wasn't the point. 35 years going and this fandom is still stuck in the "TRUKK NOT MOKIEE" phase.
Most of the WFC Deluxes don't have wrist swivels either so I don't know how this is much of a surprise. Kinda difficult without instructions.
I just want two things out legacy, Prime Starscream and Armada Sideways with his helmet minicons still being included and able to turn into a rider
Say what you will but I can’t wait for her, she looks amazing. Plus she is going to replace Thrilling 30/Earthrise as my G1 Arcee on my Season 3 shelf. Accurate? No but do I care? Sorry but Prime Arcee is a better character and better design to G1 Arcee.
I’m probably one of the few people who likes this figure, and that’s because it homages the original while doing something distinctly different and new. It doesn’t look exactly like Prime Arcee, but it feels like Prime Arcee’s character design in a way that Legacy Bulkhead doesn’t feel like his. It’s very much a “what if Prime Arcee existed in a G1 universe” scenario. I’m looking forward to this figure, even with the wheel placement on the legs and the lack of a gun.
For Kingdom, not counting Fossilizers because Ractonite doesn’t even have hands, only Airazor, Huffer, Pipes, and Tracks don’t have wrist swivels.
how is the transformation so complex and yet it does accomplish so little?, she doesnt look any more streamline din bike mode than either the original rid or the first edition arcees, and definitely the robot mode kibble is worse than the rid version, believe me i have 3(ok 2 are the beast hunters but the ide ais the same) and the robot mode still suffers, so that transformation really does nothing
