    With regard to Pulse, I always have really good luck with their FedEx shipments, with delivery times akin to Priority delivery. I am not so fond of the UPS service from them as of late. That USPS hand-off maneuver always seems to give both of them license to not take the delivery seriously.

    all of my stuff from Hasbro pulse has shipped out via UPS. I’m in Atlanta. Even the stuff shipped from the Philly warehouse.

    I've only ordered 2 figures from them, both shipped by FedEx and both gave a specific day of delivery and then on that day, did not arrive, followed by several days of uncertainty only to find it'll be another 3 days to delivery

    There's a reason they're going with UPS now. I'm just not sure they're any better.

    I've never had that experience with Fedex orders from Pulse and I've been using the site since it opened

    My experience with FedEx has been mostly positive. A package might get delayed a bit now and then - understandable since the pandemic is impacting so many things - but on the whole, it's not bad. I've even had them skip the USPS-handoff in the past and deliver it directly.

    Looks like my SG Starscream will be coming UPS Surepost though. No origin scan yet, but I'm assuming it's GA like all the others I can recall for a while now. Has anyone had a Pulse order ship out of PA recently? Do they even still do that? I live in NY state, so it would be kind of weird that my stuff keeps coming from so far away if there's an active warehouse so much closer.
