SS Thrust, Jolt and Dino appear to be shelf warming. For Dino the non-licensed vehicle mode appears to have hurt its sales. If the likes of Jolt don't get a good reception, I fear other side characters won't be made at all, so I'll probably pick him up soon.

I'm sure he's already been discussed but Aoyi Dark Commander is a super rendition of SS38 Optimus Prime (Bumblebee movie) and a steal at less than 12GBP. I hope others get the same treatment with improved colouring and die cast while retaining the scale, but given the choice I'd rather have official reissues of the ones I missed as has been discussed recently.

Has anyone experienced the Baiwei Star Leader? (KO SS05 Optimus Prime ROTF). Looks great on the reviews I've seen.

Excuse my blurting on about KO's, but having just come back into the movieverse lines, it's refreshing to see extortionate second hand prices aren't the only way to fill gaps.

Hard choice, I really can't think of many SS figures that I don't like besides the first Shatter and Dropkick. I'll just call it a three way tie between 07 Brawl, DOTM Shockwave, and ROTF Bee.

It certainly doesn't help with how many stores ordered. Where certain figures hit shelves once and were gone, my local TRU has probably 30 Dinos and B-127s, which is more stock then I saw from any other waves. Thurst has barely surfaces here at retail however.

Perhaps just 1 or 2 more speeds slower and it will be perfect. How did you do that so I might try myself?

I wouldn't worry. Gotta remember, we're still in a pandemic. And there definitely was demand for Dino and Jolt, probably the most I've ever seen for any Studio Series figure. Reason why they're shelfwarming is because stores ordered too many or Hasbro made too many. They knew their was demand, but probably not as much as they thought, thanks to the pandemic.

One thing to remember with shelfwarming is that it varies from area to area. Where I live the only figures I've seen shelfwarm was Thrust and Grindor, and now they're gone.

Good news and bad news for me.

Bad news, ebay, nor the seller, nor PayPal will help me with my lost package. I'm ready to give up. Give that seller a bad feedback, $50 down the drain and then find Sideswipe another way.

Good news, I heard rumor that an online store in Canada is sent to have studio series Bumblebee movie Soundwave in stock very soon. So I'm on the fence of ordering from this new company.

Damn that sucks. You'd think after the holidays they'd be sold out. I really hope this is a particular case and not how those figures are selling overall. Hope this won't affect the release of future Bayverse figures such as Breakaway.

Got it from TF safari. It’s the Juqi Toys set B, but if you don’t have some weird compulsion to use the 2009 Rampage to fill out the back and function as pseudo-tubes like myself, you can get a wing set from eBay for an extra $10 that includes actual tubes.

I know it's frustrating, but it wouldn't be fair up give the seller negative feedback for an item lost by the shipping/ delivery service.

Once the package leaves the seller, the seller isn't responsible for what happens to the item after that. Asking the seller for a reimbursement is asking him to be out of the item, and his money.

I had a similar issue when I sold my MPM Ratchet to a fellow board member, where Ratchet was lost for abt a month and a half. I felt really bad, and offered to give him a complete refund of $85, but that was my choice. Thankfully, Ratchet finally made it over to him safe and sound.

I'm not telling you what to do, or not do. Just thought I'd share a different perspective.

Hold up, why are you leaving negative feedback for the seller due to shipping company losing it? If they refuse to refund then I guess yeah, though that’s what eBay customer service is for. How long have you waited for this to get resolved?

Thank goodness that worked out too!
I will add to this though that most packages are insured by default, like Priority Mail would cover $50 in the event of a lost package I think. I would hope ebay and paypal combined would offer more buyer protection and investigate the matter, it’s possible the seller might pocket your money and the insurance and that would be rather unfair in my view.

Where are you looking to order from? I've got the whole first wave ordered from Toysnowman. They're Montreal based, great customer service, and free shipping over $99 in Canada.
