I've taken that part apart on my KO. It was glued but super easy to pop off and put back together so it won't be hard to get the part off of the KO if that's the route you want to go. The drawback is that the KO is unpainted plastic so it's not going to match. Out of curiosity, how much is the seller offering it for? Is it enough of a discount that you can get a KO and still be saving money over getting a new one?
Yeah, that's not too bad. I mean you're getting really close to retail by the time you add in a KO but finding one at retail would be an accomplishment by now.
I can't tell what this pic is showing. Is something being covered up? Maybe the seller is stating the Matrix is not included? I've never had this toy, so I have no idea. Any clue?

Looks like ShowZ has pics of fixes to the back for future repaints and maybe the black one is coming in 2nd quarter
I hope they'll rerelease the v2 Prime with the new backpack. I skipped it originally, but now that I have a Megatron on the way, I'm gonna need a Prime as well.
I wouldn't mind if they released just the new backpack to replace the electronic filled one we got with the first version. I think it would be worth doing a little work swapping it out myself as long as it still transformed after the swap.
Oh, I just saw this and came here to try and look for more info. That slimmed down backpack definitely looks better and more appealing.
Jeez, you can't please everybody, can you? But yes, I completely agree. I didn't really expect their recolors to come with the toy style heads like they showed (with their stolen digis from chchchch) but I kinda hoped they'd have em. If they asked, I'd give them the file for mine. Hell, I wouldn't mind if they straight up stole it from me if it meant it'd be included with the recolors and/or any re-releases.
