Geez I think Newage has to be the most impressive third-party company I\'ve encountered. (unique toys as well, but that\'s for different reasons). I just received my first Newage product in the Nemesis Prime and the amount of engineering and articulation present in such a small scale is a marvel. This Hound just as well looks incredible. Consider me a fan. Keep up the good work Newage!

Nice improvements. And you know that even if there are small nitpicks about the aesthetics of a Newage figure, the materials and build quality will like feel terrific in-hand and make up for them.

Even with the changes, those feet are clunky as hell. Maybe it will look better, once they get some more photos of the actual figure.

I think the feet changes are better. Hound has always had some big clunker feet. The previous ones were slightly to chunky but the new ones work better.

the hips are still wonky looking.

so looks like the lower "step" on the side of the jeep and the rear wheel fenders are now gone. also the details on the hub caps and the details on the front of the seats.

i'm hoping it was just a mistake in the edits and they bring back the details on the hub caps to match the rear spare tire.

if they could also add the details back on the seats and the rear fender flares, that would be nice too.

I still think it looks better than MS. MS’s
Figure completely omits the midriff area.

Newage can change the wheels between render and final product. Scrapper and Beachcomber are two examples that I can think of off the top of my head.

The designer had said he was rushed when he made the new render and left some details out.

Yeah the wheels seem more like a mistake, as there's nothing holding the wheels on in the new renders.

Didn't hate it before, don't hate it now, but... I expected more from NA. Oh, well.

I've guessed the feet transformation and probably no way to bring the wheel details and the back fenders back unless they change the transformation again. The wheels are now only the black parts, the green inside them are actually of the parts they are attached to, large pins will probably be used to hold them in place.
The rear wheel parts are now outside reversed folded to form bottom of the feet, so the rear fenders would block the transformation, that's why it's removed. The rear wheel is also in a tighter place.
The front wheels might be changed to match the rear ones.
Yea he said that, but maybe not about the wheels.

Anyway, I hope they can find a solution for that.

I really like Nightbird, but such a character needs to be original design from g1 toon not a remolded.

Well, if a less popular character likeAutobot X/Spike is successful than it would bode well for a BAF Nightbird.
Though considering how much NA likes their repaints/remolds I'd still bet that if NA released an Arcee a Nightbird remold would be released(and be decent).
