I still can't believe that an add-on face wasn't created yet, both Nicee and Mocha have the same dead face, I think that it was the main problem with Nicee's head, not the head itself but the expression is so dead, for example with MP36 the faces themselves add a ridiculous amount of personality to him, can't imagine if he was sold with just 1 expression, also the eyes need metallic paint like FT24, the green eyes of Nicee are just dead
The body is just perfect, easily the best Transformer ever designed and sculpted (at least for me) but the 50$+ price tag more than Nicee surely is killing my plans to buy multiple Mochas, but I'll get one at least, I just hope that she isn't a QC nightmare with loose joints like Nicee, BFB needs to stick with the EX line! no more magic henshin please, we need EX-02 and EX-03!

Wow they did an amazing job with that video! If they didn’t already have my money they would after that lol. KDA’s song is perfect for this too.

 

My only gripe is that they didn’t do anything with the mouths. If they had even just added drawn on mouths like Robot Chicken sometimes did, it wouldn’t have seemed so awkward when they stood still and sang.

I understand where you are coming from. That static robot look just made it funnier for me. I will more than likely paint on the lines if it looks odd when I have the item in hand. Honestly I might use the alternate head made by Zyros with bunny ears lol.

At least you posted the video properly by making it just a link.   It's a very cool promotional video for sure.

 

Things is, it happened before. Mods have given quite the leeway (you can post links, but just not actual images here). Would be nice to maybe edit your post above so it's the link to the YT instead of the full thumbnail for the vid? I don't get it either, but better to abide by the rules than having the thread locked again and deprive the lot of us who's actually interested in discussion of Mooka and other upcoming figures by BFB.

 

They didn't make the decision in a vacuum. It was in response to the hooting and hollering in the Nicee thread. You had the thirsty people openly drooling and you had the virtue signalers calling everybody perverts and it was just unruly. Personally, I'm off the opinion that the reason we have mods is to keep stuff like that under control but I guess it's easier to just throw out a blanket ban.

 

Pretty much. The decision was less sexism about a fembot and more that a bunch of people couldn't keep it in their damn pants about the figure and just had to get creepy and thirsty about it. And the inevitable weirdness from the other side, but most of what I saw was the thirst and creepiness that came with it.

 

Why is everyone calling this Mooka? Her name is Mocha........ mo·cha( /ˈmōkə/)

 

I love seeing photos of this figure and unlike others, I'm not on social media platforms to catch them as them release. This is a forum for TF news... it's where I come literally for transformers news.
Anyway, whatever.
I'm stoked to have mocha in hand, will probably look great with the mp nightbird coming out.
Edit: yeah that video was quite well done. They did a lot to make them come alive.

That said we had Nicee (Milk Shake) and Mooka (Mocha), so i guess if there's ever a 3rd figure of this mold it better be named Cappucino  

 

I agree. It's really crappy not to be able to share pics of it here where I share pics of everything else and it'd be cool if they just weeded out the hypothetical inappropriate minority and let other people share like normal.
