Anyone else have poorly applied paint around the window frame?



He's really an excellent figure all around. Transformation is super clever, and fluid. Love the cartoon design.

However the multiple shades of pearl orange from one panel to another is kinda annoying.

Very surprised to see that the side truck panels are, indeed, cast in clear blue plastic, painted completely in orange(a totally darker shade than the rest of the figure), then opaque blue painted over. It's a shame FT didn't leave the windows clear.

Still, far and away, better than Huff, I think.

I have the complete opposite take on this. Sure Rig has the properly angled cab but Huff is just so much cleaner in alt mode. If I had both i'd display Huff in alt. mode and Rig in bot mode.

Yeah I’ve paid off and I’m waiting for Rig, XTB Janssen, and XTB Jocund to ship from ShowZ. Evidently I had Rig on pre-order from TFSource too, so I’ll be getting that one in the next few days. It’s hard to keep all the pre-orders straight, I probably need to create a spreadsheet.

 

They always do, so that they order the right amount. Plenty of people drop out at the last moment, best to catch that early on.

 

Ahhh... I had the false assumption they send out the request for payment only after they had received a shipment of the merchandise in question

 

I officially ordered my first Fanstoys figure, obviously being Huffer! He will get here on Friday :>

 

Got Rig a few days ago. Transformation was not as bad as I imagined from looking at the FT vid. I like it but the limited articulation is really my only complaint.

 

I like the body on Huff and the arm tubes being the same width (even if that's not toon accurate and the lower arms ARE thinner) but the face & headshape on the FT just looks way more like his toon self.
