I was literally just wondering if this was still happening or not. Wonder what Hasbro is going to show and if they'll continue doing any livestreams before and after.

Sad, but shit isn't really looking like it's getting better.

 

I very much foresee Hasbro possibly not going this year since they don't need NYTF and Hasbro Pulsecon did so well twice in a year.

 

The live streams are a handy way to reach specific fandoms directly. Even if conventions come back in full, they'll still utilize those for more collector oriented stuff (Selects, HasLab, etc).

I would expect Toy Fair, if it goes off as planned, would be where they show off Legacy in person. Maybe some new stuff? But more than likely it'll be a way to really launch the line to a broader audience who isn't just the collector market.

 

Here's hoping they get back to it instead of those bs closed door round table reveals with select fans that they've done for the last 2 rounds of reveals.
