Wow, I would have liked this, if this was the official Legacy release. Looks a little better honestly.
Thank you for the nice comments. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Ah yes great idea. I wish I picked up more of the arms micron guys back in the day. Cadet Bulkhead is its name now. Thank you. The head fits in as the original head did, just turned a bit. I don’t have the figure anymore. I’m going to make the Titan/Headmaster someday. The base figure is Ironhide, and most of the gray is the stock paint, except the fists and parts of the thighs. The wheels are new, attached to the stock “mushroom” hole. @plowking would have more details he did the wheels. The paint is Testors model master acrylic in Dark Green Flat, which is unfortunately, inexplicably discontinued. It is an amazing paint. The first coat seems to seep into the plastic and stands up better than most paints I’ve used. Thanks, means a lot coming from you. The decals are actually dry rub transfers, which are ok. They work nice over bumpy surfaces but can be tricky. And if you mess up you have to paint over it. They are very hard to remove.
Beautiful work sir…I am loving that green. It’s so perfect for him. The decals are a nice touch as well. You made this all work so seamlessly. Top notch work! And I’ll echo the statement already said here as well, had they used this for a Legacy BH, it would have been a win for me. I would have bought at least one. as for the wheels, I believe those come from @ALPHAMAGNUS
Oh wow. This mold works all around for bringing the character from animated to the modern mainline. That head sculpt is a perfect blend.
