Hmm, does that middle thigh joint lock in somewhere?

 

I think he mentioned that there didn’t seem to be a lock on that joint. Kind of a bummer, but it doesn’t look like it’ll flop around on us. I’m just relieved the shoulder panels aren’t flying around every time you look at it haha.

 

What joint is that? Is that robot mode middle thigh joint?

Yes the upper thigh joints for the robot mode acts as a toe tilt. The croch piece gets in the way to have a good toe tilt up.

Edit: And the ankle rocker is separte rachets in the upper torso. Theres a rachet to pull apart the upper and lower torso, and another rachet to do the tilt

Edit: You can get a toe tilt up from the bot mode ab crunch. It isnt racheted though.

 

Lol- I was literally just going to say that. Either that, or ask if there was an option to flip the hip flaps upward.

I'm glad to get this set onboard lol. While waiting for news for Dark Knight and the next 2 figures in line, I'll do like I usually do, chill-lax and talk about TFs lol.. Almost forgot, also waiting to hear about prices for the orders that deposits had to be made on..

 

Having it in hand, the middle-thigh joint won't move unless you REALLY want it to move in leg-mode. Robot mode won't suffer at all from it.

 

As long as it can function the way it's meant to, then all else is out the window lol.. Still can't wait to get mine. I'm so hyped!!

 

Have any of the video reviews so far tested out the Lego compatibility? Tracks and/or couplers?

 

Ordered my Ice-Land. Probs getting mine around Saturday or Sunday. Something about train bots catches my eyes instantly.

 

Yeah for me these guys will mostly be in alt mode or combined mode, so yeah it's a bit disappointing to hear that IceLand's articulation is a bit lacking, but then again we are talking about a $110 figure that's the size of MP-10.

 

Wait, how is it your post office delivers on Sundays? As far as I know, they're closed on Sundays. Unless there's something I missed..
