I think it would be nice if the movie releases in 2024 during the anniversary of the brand.

Soto's Blue Beetle film will be HBOMax exclusive, pretty dissapointing. Hopefully his Transformers film, if it happens, will be theatrical only.

 

After he is done with Blue Beetle he will do Transformers.

 

Blue Beetle got a theatrical release, let's hope he is great.

 

I'm guessing this Transformers movie will be released in years like 2025 and 2026. But why are they choosing an unrecognized director? I think if transformers movies are going to be successful, they should be out of the hands of well-known directors and screenwriters. And I'd love to see the Russo brothers do the Transformers movie. Because the Russo brothers directed successful Marvel films like Avengers 3 infinty war and 4 end game. So I wish a new trilogy of Transformers movies came out of the hands of the Russo brothers, I think it would be a very successful Transformers movie. I've given up hope of a Transformers movie directed by Angel Manuel Soto. Because I lost hope in the film because of things like the film being low on budget and humanely humane. I think this transformers movie is going to fail, and I've given up hope of it because of things like low budgets and humanizing robots. Of course, the movie's a long way away. But I think this Transformers movie is going to be very bad and it's going to fail.

 

I think it's less about choosing lesser-known directors and more the better established ones not wanting to touch the franchise with a bargepole.

 

Is this the so called third movie project?

 

This could certainly be part of it, but I bet Paramount and Hasbro want a young, unknown but talented filmmaker that they can push around a bit.

 

respectfully, I couldn't disagree more. several of the most vaunted marvel films were helmed by relative unknowns and soto has achieved quite a bit of acclaim for his work thus far.

 

What's the problem with humanizing the robots? Hasn't the lack of humanization been a major complaint of the previous movies?

 

I'm not even sure the Last Knight was made by or for humans

 

If aliens contact us then we should send them TLK as an answear.

 

I think by humanizing they mean making them look overly human; like they’re just big metal people with completely human proportions and smooth features. That kills the idea that they’re aliens and able to transform into anything if they look totally seamless and humanoid in robot mode. Stuff like having realistic beard hair and nostrils that you wouldn’t expect a robot alien to have use for.

 

Soto said humanising them means character wise not design wise.

 

I personally don't have much faithful confidence in this at all, nor overall, and/nor altogether.

 

Why?

 

While it's already likely, I still think this should at least share the same canon as BB, RotB, and the Cybertron prequel, in a natural flow of creating a web of storylines.

 

Because, unfortunately, I don't personally believe that this guy has really proven that he can personally and generally all around carry a film yet, and that HasBro and Paramount are primarily jumpin' and tripping over themselves trying to honestly get somone who can possibly fill in a "Feige Role", and also, someone who can possibly save them from themselves and from their moronically idiotic stupidity(ies') as well, overall, and altogether too.
