Hmm. Could you try to post some closer up pictures of that lower grey hinge from a few angles? Maybe mine's misassembled because when I flatten the "y" joint, the rectangular part doesn't go further than 1 o'clock, while on yours it goes down to 4.

like this? the arm that connects the window to the body does have one side curved and slight edge on the other side but even if it's reversed it shouldn't obstruct anything.
    upload_2021-12-25_19-14-0.png

So you see here how the arm starting at the body goes up then at the top it pivots to go down at a 5o'clock angle?

    here's yours
    [IMG]

Your's is bent down, then up when it should be up, then down. It's not broke or anything the toy when it's new is just a bit stiff and it'll always take a bit of force because if it were lose the torso could flop apart during play.

here is a quick diagram of what I mean. I tried transforming yours with mine and I get the same problem so the toy is 100% ok. The pivot is engineered to go 90 degrees one way but like 130 the other way and naturally sits higher and closer. You'll more then likly find it to be a total pain in the ass to put it right now that it's out of it's "proper" position but it can be done.

Maybe it is a bit stiff. On mine, whenever the small flat side of the rectangle hits the flat inside angle of the y joint it can't move any further and if I try pushing it harder it feels like I'll damage the clear part. . Do you think I should maybe try heating it up?

I'd avoid heat if you stretch the holes it'll always be a bit off and given what else is around it you'll risk fucking up the windows. Worst comes to worst get a craft knife and slowly shave down the corners or use a small file. When a bent mine the wrong way and tried to correct it to see what yours was doing I found it to be a total pain in the ass and I ended up sorting it out without modifications. Just got to apply a fair bit of force to the pivot point as you move the other parts. But really you do you at this point, I think you know whats gone wrong now.

OK, is Falcon and Winter Soldier as bad as the first three episodes suggest? Because fucking hell, the shortcuts it takes to move the story along quickly... I get that there's only 6 episodes but so far it still isn't interesting! And is it just me or does the dialogue feel like it was written on the set?

I didn't know they stopped selling guns to us, I know they stopped selling blasters altogether to work on fixing QC issues, and have slowly been re-adding improved versions.

The guns came in a little padded bubble wrap packet, in little zip lock bags inside, but with no backing card whatsoever. Really weird, will shoot them a message, cheers peeps.

Really hoping those Walmart toys end up on Pulse UK like the Retro headmasters because Black Convoy is going to be a straight up fucking nightmare to get.

There's a chance that they'll be Smyths exclusive like the Netflix Walmart stuff, although it might be that Smyths carried that just because it was a tie-in.

And a Merry Christmassacre to Thew too...

On a less festive note, having dug out G-Moz's JLA run for my sibberling at her request, I thought I'd also delve into the comics cupboard for the 7 issues of Final Crisis, and have found about everything but, up to & including my full run of "52". I was correct that I hadn't filed them into my G-Moz & [REDACTED Other UK writer] long box but the purported purple plastic bag I thought I'd find them in is, well, nowhere to be found!
Guess I'll be looking at sourcing the collection in the New Year then!

Hahaha. My issue was trying to link exiting accounts from the old Switch to the new Switch Lites and Nintendo's servers doing weird things such as getting the PIN numbers wrong.

We did have an interesting time putting together the new Ghost Castle board game Santa gave my eldest (never played it before despite coveting it ever since I was a kid!).

    It never ends.

I liked F&WS. The problem was after Wandavision it almost feels like a step backwards into more traditional MCU cinematic fare rather than further progression. I would say stick with it, it does pick up.

Cheers, will do. Seen a few people comment that the Marvel shows are generally drawn out/crap at the beginning before getting better towards the end. I only asked because it's not like I'm short of good stuff to watch!

Happy Xmas/Saturday! I'm loving these 'legends' scale TF alt-mode figs, even if Prowl doesn't have the lightbar shown in the packaging, x-panse doesn't scale with anything, and reboost is a bit too Chibi (I appreciate the nod to g1 bumblebee/cliffjumper though) .

I hope your new toy haul was all you wanted. I might get time to open BZ before midnight if I'm lucky (or not asleep on the sofa!)

I'm most intrigued by Donkey Kong 3 on that list :p

...I just realised that's possibly Diakron 3, so potentially a Diaclone repaint?

My understanding was that due to tax changes incorrectly attributed to B-not named, they weren't shipping anything but stickers to the UK but I may be misremembering.

Micractionmasters but with the alt mode instead of robot!

Edit: I don't know if I got lucky with the QC or there's been a running change but my Road Rage clips together fine in alt mode and her ankle joints don't seem floppy at all.

Got some Paypal cash from one of my sisters who couldn't make it down to see us which has helped pay for Mech Fans Toys Wreck-Gar via Show Z Store :)

Rebecca ferret is snoozing after getting some more chicken for her tea. Her toy duck is now halfway behind the coffee table in the living room :D

    @Xaran Alamas,
It's either Diaclone or a Donkey Kong crossover to get more use from the Kingdom Optimus Primal mould! :D
