So i also combined my devastator.
So far the only breakage i got was long haul wheels that were on the heel of the combine mode.
I planned to put it on this pose [IMG]
Since it is the pictures that made me go all in on the set.
But looking at how there is no articulation on the feet , i really wonder how he will be able to do be on all fours?does the leg rotation at the hips will be enough?

I guess by unpegging this part on both sides the angle of Long Haul's ankle can be decreased to enable standing on all fours (together with hip rotation I assume).

So TF-Direct got back to me about getting replacement parts for the part of Compresor that broke, but I haven't heard back from @ShowZStore yet about giant axe replacement parts. That's much more important! One is basically cosmetic and one is vital to having it actually be a full combiner.

Chances are, they're busy atm. I wouldn't worry too much, you'll hear from them eventually.

I may have some complaints with the stability, but this guy looks amazing! Just one more to go.

You should use the crouch stand. It helps a lot with stability.
I am not sure the lack of stability can be mentioned as a complaint since it is screen accurate :D

No natural lighting atm cuz I finished this combination at 11pm here, but dayum he looks good!
I do feel for people who’ve had issues with some of their figures. The only dodgy one I’ve had is Split. The rest are sturdy, solid, nice clicky ratchets without any stress marks visible. And I preordered the entire set day one from ShowZ, so they’re all the first wave.

I will post more pics once daylight comes!

That's an awesome display! I'm gonna do something similar but with Gcreation Grimmy.

For those of you who have contacted showz after sales services recently, how long did it take for them to get back to you? I reeeeeaaaaallly need to know if they're gonna be able to send me a new piece for giant axe.

They got back to me within a week, coincidentally enough the reason I contacted them was because of BMB's Grimlock.

On 20 Nov 2021 I asked for a missing smokestack for Sweeping and after over 3 weeks I got this reply: "I have contacted the supplier, he has to wait until the factory to send it to him. It's slow. Please wait for it patiently." Still waiting...
I guess this means they do not get replacement parts directly from the factory which is why we have to wait so long. When I broke my Split I got the replacement after 2 or 3 months. While it might not be the case with your Giant Axe, in my experience ShowZ is quite slow with replacements.

I think it depends on the company, in the case of my BMB OSSS Grimlock they were able to order from the factory itself as far as I am aware.

I just went and checked, but when my Giant Axe broke in the same place as yours, I contacted them in early July and they were able to ship replacement parts in late August. The parts then arrived early September.
With any luck, you'll have a replacement bicep joint by mid to late February or early March.

So I went outside to pose this bad boy for some photos but as it’s Australian summer, my phone overheated halfway through!

Didn’t get as many poses as I would’ve liked. I’m scared of balancing with one arm. Also, I haven’t replaced the hips in my Overload but I’m noticing that he’s flopping forward without the stand so he’d 100% fall.
