Well good news, sort of, Amazon changed the titles on the product detail pages for Slammer and Pipes from the temporary titles of "Transformers TRA GEN WFC..." to "Transfomrers Toys Generations War for Cybertron: Kingdom Deluxe WFC..." Amazon usually does this right before they get mass retail released Transformers in stock, so fingers crossed that despite the street date of Jan. 1st, collectors will at least have the chance to preorder Slammer and Pipes from Amazon before Christmas. As of Dec. 20th 2021, they are still only being offered by scalpers, who still have to follow the street date of January 1st.

Same issue again like Jackpot. Amazon region locked both of them again.

 

A while back, I set up alerts for both of these in my CamelCamelCamel.com account (free) so I'll hopefully get an alert when Amazon.com starts taking preorders. As long as I get my order in early enough to limit chance of cancellation, I don't mind if they are later shipping out.

 

South East Asia specialty shops source from Tsim Tsa Tsui HK ETA Jan 2022. That's where I'm gettingmine. I wonder what's so special with these set and Jackpot that they are region locked. Still no go on Jackpot for SEAsia or even RK (I asked btw)

We have had all these sitting on our shelves (both specialty shops as well as regular retailers) for the past 2 weeks & more. (As evidenced by the weekly sightings taking place all over the world.)

Even for the elusive Golden Disk Terrorsaur & Kingdom Blaster with Eject, those are already released as well.

 

He's getting a packaging refresh in Legacy, since he's meant for that line what with the translucent accessory and all.

My Slammer and Pipes(already paid for) from my usual SEAsian source who can't commit Jackpot has the latter's ETA at January 2022.

Again, what's so special with these 3 figures? Terrorsaur I got a commitment from Amazon on March 1,2022. No rush there (btw, same SEAsian source has Terrorsaur and Behold Galvatron pegged on January to February 2022.

 

Pure speculations on my end but I'm thinking maybe there's a new batch of Jackpots being released? (Knowing that the current ones have all those notoriously misaligned heads?)

Well, I certainly hope so because I ain't touching any of those Jackpots for now...Not even with a 10-ft pole.

RK is based in HK so they should be getting their stocks earlier than other Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia & etc (within a week normally) so it doesn't make sense where we have these available just everywhere while these guys don't.

Maybe our local friend @Pixelmaster could shed more lights on these?

 

Yes, all HK stores have GDC sans him. Meanwhile Asian stores have received a refresh of Terrorsaur stock. Just weird distribution shenanigans I suppose.
