true that. absolutely! this figure is super detailed and screen accurate, and reasonably priced. i think yolopark's too. just that it's out of my reach.
really can't wait to get it, but man, I sure hope there will be some exception on the release for this figure. 1.5 years to wait for a figure is pretty darn long. :/

 

Hopefully, there is an exception, but he does look stellar. I’ve ordered both this and the Yolopark one, for different purposes. This one (while still largely as screen accurate) will be awesome to mess with and I’ll have at least two copies. Yolopark’s, if I even open the sucker, will be displayed in one pose for the rest of mine (and his) life (after messing with the matrix and the voice gimmicks, etc).

 

ENVY!!!! but wouldn't it be such a waste to just fix yolopark's in a single pose, with all the IIES and supposedly humanlike articulation they are promoting so much on...unless there are some pretty bad QC issues..

 

Hopefully, there aren’t. The thing is the price of a very used car lol.

Another month just passed... What's going on?!

 

Judging by the schedule on their website, we won't see this guy in October either. If this means they're taking their time to make this a flawless release, I don't mind waiting.

 

Seriously, not even a pre-production model? Did we all get scammed? Lol

 

Delays are the norms when it comes to high end collectibles and figures. I'm more surprised and shocked when a figure actually releases on its original intended release date. Nobody got scammed. It'll release when it's ready to be released. They don't show pre-production versions of the figures. You see the announcement prototype version and then release version when it comes out.

For reference, Premium Scale Blitzwing was scheduled to release Q3 2020. It's now on schedule to release this month. Expect delays for figures. You're going to be more disappointed and let down if you don't.

 

I'm just surprised we haven't heard anything from Threezero. Not even a simple "Yup, it's delayed until further notice.".

 

Because a lot of companies don't do that. I never expected Threezero would do it either. Hot Toys doesn't do it with any of their high end figures nor does Sideshow Collectibles (and those figures can range from $300-$900). They announce stuff, it goes up for preorder and then you wait until it suddenly releases in HK.

Be nice if all these companies communicated more but I've grown used to how it is. I imagine it's this way more so with international companies than anything.
