Yeah, my 5'6" ass had to resort to using one of the toy lightsabres from across the aisle to try and reach up there and nudge them to where they'd fall off
Both Colerain WMs are filled to the brim with W3/W4 deluxes. The one off Ronald Reagan had 2 Sweeps, a Wreck Gar and a Tigatron. Left everything
Smiley WM had a number of Sweeps and a couple Wreck Gars. Not as inundated with deluxes as Colerain but still had 3 figures from very first release (a Warpath and 2 Paleotrex with the cardboard hanger)
West Central Walmart in Toledo had a Tigertron or whatever the white tiger is. I don't do beast stuff, sorry, I just know people have been looking. Also like 6 Leonardo TMNT left.
Oregon Walmart has Studio Series Wreckgar and 2 Sweeps, some Kingdom Core class. The Hotwheels and Matchbox aisle is a complete wasteland, wiped out!
Hamilton Walmart has: Wave 3/4 KI deluxes SS86 Slug BW Leader Meg stuff was kind of all over the place
I’ll never forget the time I worked at Target at 6 am the day after Christmas and seeing the Hot Wheels aisle be completely barren
Chardon Walmart and Cortland Walmart: If you want BW reissues, these are the stores for you! I've seen figures sell well, I've seen figures sell badly, but I've not seen a failure of this magnitude since all of those First Edition Bumblebees on the wall at TRU all the way back when. My gosh, nobody around here wants these reissues. Cases and cases of Cheetor, Rattrap, Optimus Primal, and Megatron. Oof.
This was a really bad move on Hasbro's part. Releasing inferior versions of the same characters that are on the shelves at the same time.
I also see the Kingdom versions collecting dust as well. They sold initially, but now they're everywhere, and not moving anymore. It sends the wrong message that BW isn't desired or wanted, and we know there are fans who do, but... What if the desire/demand isn't there? It's sightings such as these that make Hasbro go "Huh. G1 it is."
I truly think its too much at once, coupled with some figures that arent that mindblowing. A LOT of people just kept T30 Rhinox, Rattrap should have been a deluxe, Cheetor just wasnt appealing, and they have milked those dry. The good figures have sold, and havent warmed shelves more than others. Its the not great figures coupled with the insane inventory of those Beast Wars reissues, which even as a BW fan, I have a negative level of interest in.
