Those GI Joe building sets have been spotted it’s discount retailers for months now. They seem to fall apart easily. Many are buying them just for the box art. Also, that helicopter is not the Dragonfly.
In one of the cartoon episodes I think it was “Twenty questions” there is a scene where the joes are in Athen rec room and Cover Girl is watching TV and spider man is on it.
Hopefully since the actual 40th anniversary of ARAH is next year and the Haslab Skystriker won’t be out until the year after.

Well, remembering the past decade or so of releases...I know they reissued the SHARC, Rattler, FANG, CLAW, MOBAT, AWE Striker, HISS Tank, Conquest, Cobra Stinger, VAMP, RAM, Trouble Bubble, Sky Hawk, Serpentor's Chariot, Armadillo, Firebat, Flak Cannon, Sting Raider, Snow Cat, Sky Striker, Cobra WOLF, and did a new version of the Tomahawk (now called Eaglehawk) As for if they have any of the other molds from the past...couldn't say.
That’s hard to answer because most of the surviving tooling was either in or moved to China. From what I understand, new tooling used in the Walmart retro line was manufactured in Vietnam. IIRC the 25th - 30th anniversary lines were all manufactured in China. It costs more to produce there now hence why I think production shifted to Vietnam. With that said, I don’t know if older tooling was transferred from China to Vietnam or if new tooling was made for the previously released figures/vehicles that were repainted for the retro line. Even if the older molds/tooling are still useable, Hasbro may no longer have access to the factories that they’re stored in.
I'm pretty sure that was $20 at Tuesday Morning, but had an "original price" of $30, for what it's worth. Yeah, clearly not anything resembling the Joe version, but that's what they were promoting it as.
