I usually only go to see if I can find something early. As I'm a 100% pre order/online buyer.

 

Another PA Walmart got a case with pipes/slammer today.
These don't appear to be as bad as Blaster distribution I'd so far.

 

I'm not worried about Blaster because W1 of any new line is usually *everywhere* eventually.

 

Has anybody found Pipes and Slammer at a Target store yet?

 

Only Walmart.
Then again, it's only been 2 days since first sighting.
And we've only had 3-4 sightings so far.
And it's a safe bet, target will street date when they get them.

 

1) I don't think this has been an issue recently for non-exclusives, and 2) it shouldn't matter for these 2 anyway because Target isn't offering pre-orders for them, so there shouldn't be a street date for them in the system.

 

Hasbro had announced a release date of January 1st, 2022.
That's enough for target to go overboard in honoring it.
Plus there's target's upcoming annual post holiday/inventory reset.
We all know how target loves a good street date.
I think they like it even more than just selling us the toy.

 

If you go to the Target app, Slammer is already there with no street date attached.

Once it's in stock, you'll be able to order it.

Been watching Target pulling the street date card out of their hat all year.
Hopefully Blaster, pipes & slammer will blink in sooner rather than later.

You're not paying attention, nor did you actually try what I said.



It's listed as "In Stock." Meaning it's being treated like any current product, rather than an actual preorder which would have a release date and the only option would be to "Preorder."

The app is telling you there are deluxe figures available in stores, and since they're an assortment they can't guarantee what's in store. But there's nothing available for this specific character online.

The only time there's been street date issues at Target is when figures are specifically listed for PO and their assortment gets caught up in the mess.

If there were street date issues, we'd also likely be seeing them already since the *assortment* is what gets locked.

Still no sign of Blaster, however, sightings of pipes & slammer are spreading.
Arizona, Florida & Ohio have joined the party, as have others.
So far all the sightings have been at Walmarts.

That was a jab at youre mangling of the phrase "once in a while" as "once and awhile", i.e. a criticism of your grasp of the English language. Which appears to have gone right over your head.

I tend to type like I'm speaking aloud.
That's the way it "sounded" to me.
Between that, my problems typing on this small keypad and my phones annoying spell-check, posting can be a chore.

 

Try Google.
Type in "slammer target.com" or "pipes target.com.
Then scroll down to find right entry.

 

That's why a lot of people type stuff like "definately", "rediculous" or "would of", "could of", "should of". (Also, "Scorpinok" and "Devistator".)

The primary culprit in all these instances is the most common vowel in the English language: The schwa. Since a schwa can be represented by pretty much any vowel character, without specifically having paid attention to the correct spelling of these words (or contractions), there's no way of deducing the correct spelling just from hearing it, so people tend to take a cue from (seemingly) similar words, which then leads to those common misspellings.

or" they're ".

idk, I've been checking my local walmart everyday, and have not found a pipes or slammer. There are however plenty of Airazor and Blackarachnia to be had. I can't believe I missed them if that's really the case....
