Question guys, I might be a bit lost but in the recent flash episode Chester said something to Cecile that seem to bother her He was saying something about being “dead to Ray Palmer” Cecile seem to be bothered by the statement, did her husband Joe die last season and I don’t remember it? Or was it the baby? Or is it something they just didn’t get into yet?
i had to rewatch the finale myself, but as of the vow renewal he’s still alive. If he’s dead it happened off screen. Surely they’ll explain as the event continues.
Batwoman has a very easy solution for her brother taking over Wayne Enterprises. Just let everyone know she was forced to sign it under duress, which she was. Also, I didn't get to read the whole paper but it was just her resigning, not putting him in place. No idea why they think he can instantly be CEO. Also, Ryan was just 'acting' CEO. Kate is the actual CEO. Would be funny if she came back and just kicked him to the curb. They really need to show a little more of Wayne tower. It seems like a deserted building. Only rooms used are the office and apparently the front guard's desk.
It's probably a sign of the coming apocalypse that Batwoman is in season 3. Realistically, it's more that people during the pandemic are so starved for any new entertainment that they are tolerating even this low quality crap. Not me, I am rather digging up old shows and watching those instead. From some of the episode titles I expected the show would try and ruin Poison Ivy, Killer Croc and Mr Freeze too, luckily they didn't. This Batman knockoff just has knockoff enemies using their weapons. Though how a mere tooth of Croc would turn someone into another Croc, or that the powers of Poison Ivy (and even her personality!) can be transmitted to other people... well that's the dumb logic of this show. Or maybe even DC had enough of the CW messing around with classic characters, and told them they cannot use the originals? Though they did let them completely waste Professor Pyg as just some disgruntled employee who dies super quickly. And what parent names their kid Marquis? And really, getting shocked with a joy-buzzer can make you into the next Joker? The worst part of the show is how it tries to find further justification to have Alice still be around and kill people, and get away with it. The police basically giving this homicidal maniac on lease to Batwoman because she needs her help is so stupid, it made me laugh.
Ok... I admit this isn't too bad... I keep forgetting how much fun Tom Cavanaugh is when he's playing Thawne. Too bad they waited until the last season for this!
It makes me conflicted, I enjoy Cavanaugh as Thawne, but I enjoy the other actor too since physically he's a dead-ringer for comic book unmasked Thawne.
No it hasn't... I thought I read somewhere this was the final season but apparently I was mistaken....
I just want a proper Batman TV series. One that actually features Batman as the main character in his prime. No little boy Bruce, no Alfred series, no Batman ran away and his daughter is the hero, no Batman missing and cousin took over. I wish the Batman movies didn't do as good as they do so DC will allow a show about him. Superman has had 3 series featuring Superman, then a bunch of side shows related to Superman (Smallville, Krypton, Supergirl, Superboy, etc)
