I've had success in the past emailing them the next day if something else dropped. They're probably pretty busy this time of year anyway so can give it a shot.
I did shoot them an email a little bit ago...hopefully they can sneak him in there since the shipment doesn't appear to have left the building yet.
I did the same thing about about midnight because my MAFEX Psylocke dropped yesterday. Oops. Ah well, I'll wait for Muckman to drop and then ship again.
Yes, earlier this year when the Bebop they sent me broke out of the package, they actually replied back within an hour. Told me they would look in the warehouse for a replacement and if they did not have it, it would come in on backorder stock. That said, they never sent me an email when they sent a replacement a month later. It just showed up. Just make sure you have order number and a picture of broken item, if you are needing a replacement. Hope this helps.

Had the same problem but I'll eat the five bucks. On a side note, BBTS is shipping SUPER FAST for whatever reason. My ThreeZero Evangelion Unit 01 Night Version shipped within hours of payment yesterday; so did Donatello!
No doubt...can't complain about the cheap shipping. And I got the actual ship notice for my POL I shipped yesterday and Donny wasn't listed on the shipment contents. I'll have to ship him separately. I have a number of items still due in December, so, I'll just give it some time. OCD...haha...
