We are living in a time of great disparity in figure quality, even within size classes in a given line
This is one of the only instances I\'ve been genuinely disappointed in a figure recently. Honestly this looks like it was actually designed for th Authentics line and just repackaged. It does look fun and good enough, but man those are some GAPS. Unleas it gets a repaint/remoldas something cooler, I\'d probably only pick it up on a big discount, or if I found ten bucks on the ground. Shame.

There's a few good figures in the new line...I'm not too sure this one is going to be one of them but still...
Sweet Christmas! I missed out on getting Cliffjumper and the prices for him are way too high to buy now so a rerelease (even repainted) is appreciated. You know what bugs me even more than the hollow head? That sword accessory Hot Rod comes with looks nothing like the sword in the artwork.
Interesting that the digital render of Cliffy on the back appears to have clear windows. He looks better that way, imo.
I hope that’s full-on solid plastic they’re using for Kup and CJ’s wind shields. That could mean that a SS86 Jazz reissue with a backpack that’s made regular plastic isn’t too far from reality.
