I also got an early release one - I assume anyway as I got it through either IDToys or Kapow Toys over here so probably import stock - and I've never had the problem either.

I just got this set in yesterday from Amazon and i love it. I have both sets from Amazon exclusive Seige sets and actually i couldn't tell you which 1 i like more. I'm just glad though that i got the Skywarp set cause it's crazy in price now. I have 2 more Seige figures to buy then I'm done with the first line. So i guess after that i dunno,....... i guess on too Earthrise.

 

The damn thing jumped back up in price from 32$ to 50$ on Amazon.

My set arrived today! It came back in stock a few months ago and just finally shipped. Was $48.

 

Damn, I missed that. Oh well, I have enough Sideswipes.... that's probably the nicest version of the mold though.

I *almost* bit on Slamdance with instructions and the box on ebay for $60 shipped, but the reports of the ankle breaking scared me off.

 

One of the door hinges on the clear plastic hood of G2 Sideswipe snapped. I only transformed a couple times. I’ve got Tigertrack and Red Alert long ago and they’re fine. Retailer is says it was broken in use so they won't do anything. Any other options?
