    Yes.
    Yes.
I dunno. I feel like outside of 1, I haven’t seen the designs for the other 2 as much.

Glad to know I am not the only one who wants those other Getters. I think Bandai or whoever is leaving a decent amount of money behind when they only stick to the main Getter from each series.

WOOT! FINALLY got charged for my GX-99 Getter-Arc from AJ. Came to about 146 after shipping, taxes and the currency conversion fee.

I’m amazed at how fast the arc’s price dropped.

I just canceled my previous order and got it from Amazon Japan for less than $130 shipped.

So, why the quick price drop on Arc? Is it not a quality product? Issues?

Looks stupid? Over-designed? Great concept taken too far?

I just described pretty much every robot franchise.

Well, I still like Devo Getter the most design wise but Arc has a slight Devilman feel so I was thinking of buying it.

I just received a sealed GX-30 Battle Fever Robo I bought last week on a whim. The figure is in great shape except for its hands. At first I thought they were badly weathered but after checking pictures online, I realized that's not the case. I'm not sure what happened here (dried plasticizer?). I tried to wipe it off with a cloth and some water and was able to remove some of it but getting it out of the creases if almost impossible, plus, looking at the purple stains on the cloth, I think it's also removing some of the paint. Does anyone know what's the best way to fix this? I was thinking of drowning them all in isopropyl alcohol for a day or two then repainting them completely but I'm afraid to fuck it up.

EDIT: I managed to remove most of it using soap and a sponge but unfortunately I can't get into every creases. I thought of using a toothbrush but I'm afraid it would damage the plastic (which is kinda soft). I also noticed the neck had the same issue but that was very easy to clean... And the left elbow broke, also an easy fix but damn am I happy SOC figures got better with time...

Dude if you hit it with a hairdryer the plasticizer should melt and go away. Usually an easy fix.

I had to KiKi the heck out of mine. Loose AF.

Thank you a lot! I will try this tomorrow.

The legs and neck are also kinda loose on mine but not to the point where it can't stand/keep a position. The figure is pretty easy to disassemble so I guess I'll try to tighten some joints too at some point in the future.

I just got mine from AJ and he feels pretty good. No issues so far

edit: I don’t have my gx51 or 96 with me to compare those, but here he is with with the SRC Getter and Shin Getter.

actually think these three look quite good together since they all have clear plastic green parts (which 51 lacks) and a reasonably close paint match in certain areas (like the shiny salmon knees and shoulders on shin and arc)

he has a lot more diecast than I expected after receiving gx96.

KiKi seems to work the best for me on diecast. I actually hated that figure when I got it, pulled it out years later once I got KiKi cause I would never try to Future it and mows he’s on display and he’s great.
