I much prefer it to the WFC mould to be honest. No reason why Elita can't be hench. Not all female bots need to be skinny and carry everything on their back.

They were from the WFC Chromia/Nightbird 3p accessory kit. I didn't need them for my T30 Chromia, so they were going free.

Completely agree. I do love a bot that looks like a proper unit, male or female !

Yeah, I love her. I grabbed a BPF Grimlock and his sword gives her a kinda angelic warrior vibe .

Here she is on the window ledge, protecting our cat’s food from the neighbours cat.

    One week until Halo Infinite!

On an unrelated note today's #deskbot is Takara AoE Deluxe Scorn!
    20211201_091816.jpg

Prefer the TLK Voyager but this guy has his charms. And a hobbit sword/bowie knife.

With IDW I do kinda hope them losing the license isn' t true because the main story JUST got interesting. But if it is it's not gonna be too great a loss because it should not have taken 3 years to do so.

Hehe indeed, though I was specifically referring to @shibamura_prime 's wonderful contribution :D  Maybe by this time next year I'll actually have some kind of setup for doing photo scenes and I can try submitting something for next year's calendar? Hmm...
And thanks re: The money :)

    They'll look like this:
Edit: Not sure why the image isn't working now, it's the Adipose from Doctor Who!

For some reason on seeing this I imagined someone editing this image with the issues some people have had, so like Galvatron's shoulders slumped, Tracks' ankles wibbly, I suppose the Ark's shoulder detached though this seems to be far from universal but then the same can be said for the others xD feel free to suggest further 'accurate' changes :lolol

    :confused2

They should have brought her to Earth sooner!

The Mouse will send the grunts round to break some fingers if it fails. They need to toss in the gate, it's such an obvious thing to include to recreate the scene from the movie.

And good point about it breaking the project.

I kind of wonder if there's an issue with a lot of overlap of Marvel/Transformers/Star Wars fans? They've already paid for Galactus and Star Saber and the Rancor er rancors the ol' wallet a bit?

Kinda wonder if Disney/Hasbro will drop in some 'pledges' to try and stimulate interest... oh but it's just including third party retailer sales for this FULLY FUNDED AND OPERATIONAL BATTLE STATION!

...actually, kinda surprised a crazy big Death Star hasn't cropped up as a SW Haslab yet.

TBH that Ractonite looks far cooler to me than the actual mold, especially those shoulders.

Watch them scramble for Takara only molds from toyline past to release as 'new to the west'

I kind of wonder if it's some kind of weird book keeping behind the scenes thing needed for some reason, actually it could be a type of verification thing like they do when you add a new bank account to your PayPal (or match certain criteria... it's a while since I did it) where they'll charge like £1 and then refund it. Maybe to setup the three part direct debit or whatever they do another verification first? If it never goes past being a pending payment that seems the most likely. Might also be some means of checking it is a type of account that can actually pay the full amount? I've no idea if this is the case of course, just spitballing here.

She is great yeah. In my collection I tend to think of the WFC one as being like her Orion Pax or 'Ariel' mode and at some point she got upgraded into PotP Elita 1 to kick butt and take names!

And that isthe exact reason I don't leak Marvel or SW figure info!

Also I agree on the concept art looking pretty great.

It's why I always wait til I've seen production pics or instruction drawings or CAD before sharing my thoughts on new figures. The pure concept drawings always look amazing as they aren't beholden to reality.

    Best bit, IMO.

Springer's face in this panel always cracked me up.

I’m considering putting in an order for him as he looks to be CHUG scale and considerably better than the Legacy fig coming soon… just not sure I can justify the £50 difference considering this could be a slippery slope into MP collecting

My main collection is mostly CHUG, with a small MP display that's been v slowly building. I keep wondering if moving to MPs is inevitable once you've "completed" your main display. Of course it's then on to 3rd parties to fill the gaps and then, ugh...

Meanwhile I got a reply much quicker than that, but still fucking me over. I'd asked for an in stock Funko Pop months ago alongside PO items. Those all came into stock weeks ago yet I never heard a thing. That's because they'd obviously sold the Funko Pop and are simply claiming it isn't in stock now.

Would I like the remaining items? No, stick them right up your chuff.

Avoid that lot like the current plague, folks.

Can you comment on anything in the past that has either exceeded your initial expectations or massively disappointed you by the time of the final product?

They seem to be anywhere between 55 to 60. Hit me up if the one you're watching exceeds your budget, I have one and I'm sure we can work something out.

I saw a video of him next to ER Bluestreak and he's A LOT bigger than a deluxe - bigger than Voyager, even though he doesn't look it

Oh do you have a link?
The picture I saw had him displayed next to some WFC bots I think and he looked ok, but I could have been mistaken.
