Siege Shockwave is a voyager, not a deluxe, and the leader budget made him a pretty damn good voyager too. DOTM Shockwave is also a small leader, so I don't see your point, and Authentics is basically low grade Cyberverse, but made out of plastic recycled from red solo cups that Hasbro found on the side of the road

 

Unlike Siege, SS DOTM/Authentics Shockwave are WAY closer to fitting my sense of scale so IDGAF

Yeah, this is too similar to ER Starscream for me to be interested in buying this. I’d sooner buy RED Starscream or one of the other non-transforming Starscream figures with the coronation armor. If Hasbro made a Seeker redeco with these accessories down the line, like Acid Storm or Red Wing, I’d buy that.

 

I know this looks like a bigger core class like I\'d put money on the transformation sequence being similar and everything... but also I\'m a ho* for Starscream and want everything.

 

ER Starscream shares pretty much nothing in common with the Core figure. Completely different transformation.

I would very much like the idea of Hasbro releasing accessory packs without figures.

 

If you cannot look at Jazz and Starscream and see how much more cartoon accurate Jazz is I suggest you watch the cartoon. I already listed all the things that are off.

Or “accessory packs” that have things like guns and helmets turning into robots. It’s a shame we never got a multipack of Targetmaster guns when Siege was on shelves. I’d buy them.

 

SS86 Starscream with 2 Er Starscreams as clones... It's going to be epic, if Olies gets a run on ER screamers I'll build an army of Starscreams...

 

There's differences sure, but these designs still all came from the same starting point. SS86 was Kingdom overflow, that's it. There was no specific design mandate to make them more accurate than the already Sunbow accurate WfC figures, they weren't designed to be any different from them.

It's not like Kup or Blurr's terrible head sculpts are indicative of some sort of special treatment that SS86 got so even within it's own line, the figures fail to be fully cohesive by your standards.

 

The product descriptions for WFC and SS86 are different, so yeah, there does appear to be a different mandate.
