In G1 they have brain modules. In the second part of "The Key to Vector Sigma" Omega's brain module was placed on life support while ratchet feared they wouldn't rebuild his body before his brain would die. So maybe it's cutting off the flow of energon to the module and not air.

Excited to see that 3 of the Dinobots and 4 of the Constructicons will be appearing so far!

 

I had the pleasure of meeting Neil Ross at a convention in Knoxville 4 or 5 years ago. Super cool guy who humored me with some Green Goblin cackles, a Colonel Volgin "Kuwabara, Kuwarbara" and Springer's infamous movie one-liner. If any of you are going, definitely make sure to give the guy some love.

 

Awesome Neil Ross! Someone ask him what he thinks about changing his character Slag's name to Slug, lol.    

 

Great to see Jim Sorenson returning to LA! I wonder if his partner in crime Bill Forster will also be returning.

 

Oh no, looks like the special guest announcement has hit a mini dry spell...

 

Hopefully, Bill Forster is able to make it. I met Jim at the last Botcon then met Bill and Jim at TFcon LA in 2019. I treated them to a tasty lunch. They are awesome guys.
