God DAMN it. I found out what the issue is. The instructions left out a critical step. The back hip armor folds up to secure the waist into place to give the trigger enough leverage.

Found out too late. Shaved off way too much plastic and now the trigger's way too loose now...

How on Earth can I get a replacement gasket? I get that I was hasty in cutting plastic, but no way is having that step missing from the instructions okay.

Oddly, even the promo review copies show both as being deco'd with K-01...that SR is mysterious. ;)  (Or maybe just stands for Sniper Rifle and just isn't used :p )

Sadly, this is what usually occurs with a lot of figures so I guess normal? But still unfortunate the poor shaved figures. Your taobao sellers handle replacement parts for you or SOL?

Gah!!! This is so, so frustrating. If only I had realized it sooner or have bothered to watch a video tutorial. However, I usually like to stick with the official instructions whenever possible, because, ironically enough, many video reviews tend to miss out steps.

I doubt there's any way of fixing it myself, especially not when the parts are under such immense forces.

I have no clue... Not to mention, everything's in Chinese, and while Chinese is my mother tongue, I suck at it.

Sigh... I bought the green/silver one too. This one works fine, but everything is so much tighter because of the paint.

Any tips getting the gun to fire? I got it to fire twice but often when I pull back the level it doesn't lock in place.

IA IA issues aside, which do you prefer in hand?

Trigger in the foward position before cocking the handle?

Yep I have been doing that. It is very inconsistent with locking into place. Maybe the pressure inside is too much sometimes?

Maybe the firing is affected if not transformed correctly or things don't sit in a certain position after transformation? Any bits that need to be squozen in more?

Hm... the Blue/White one is much nicer-looking in bot mode, while the Green/Silver one is more cohesive in gun mode. However, the Blue/White one's separate colors does help complement the sculpt in gun mode and gives off a police theme, but the Green/Silver one is more "realistic". Honestly, though, it's really up to your personal preference.

Oh, as also mentioned, the Green/Silver one is far tighter because of the coat of paint.

Could be. I was turning him back into robot mode and can't get the waist "lock" to come out of his ass. I think this might have been the problem.

Edit got it fixed. One of the legs wasn't fully extended by a tiny bit and that is the reason behind the tension.

Weight is light but the quality is good. Doesn't feel cheap at all aside from it being light.

My sentiments exactly. The green looks good as a gun but the robot looks tacky and cheap due to the green, when compared to the blue one.

It looks so cheap and fragile. will it pass a drop test I wonder?

I'm too terrified to buy either one. I just don't know.

Do all of your third party figures pass the drop test?
