frankly, I don't know if we'd EVER get another new Doubledealer, but even if it were a possibility I would say don't count on it for YEARS

Would be nice if the Bulkhead took more cues from TFA. Darker green, green lower jaw, white stars. Would be very annoyed though if that turned out to be the case after I get the wave one Bulkhead. Imagine it being packed with one of the Fossilizers and that?

Um yeah, no way we're getting ANOTHER Doubledealer. And there's nothing wrong with the proportions? A fuzzy commerical and a 30yo toy doesn't really prove that. Hell look at some of the G1 toys like Wheeljack. Now THOSE proportions are a mess

I'll have to disagree. That one has really bad proportions, to the point it's bad. Speak nothing of the qc I've heard about this figure. And all the extra peices, which could've gone into making him less hollow, and more budget to fixing the knees.

I agree however, that we'll likely not get another one for years tho, which is an absolute shame. I still think they shouldn't just have tried to make him big and instead compact and stretch him up, but I think it's all we'll get

And showing wheeljack just brings up another point. Look how good er wheeljack is compared to g1 wheeljack. So how is it the proportions are better on the g1 than the er doubledealer?

That's very likely only because we actually have a name for Leadfoot, and he's in the comics currently (for what that's worth tbf), while all the leaker(s) knows about the Bulkhead Repaint/Retool, is that Bulkhead is the base mold.

They're aware of the spinosaurus and mammoth fossilizer retools, but don't have names for those, so it's not impossible that that's the case.

Though, there is definitely still a chance of it just being Bulkhead again. I just don't personally see it happening. If it does oh well, I'll just not get it (provided it's not packed with something I do want of course).

We were lucky already to get a new Doubledealer with his own mould no less.

This Wrecker’s subline is looking to be pretty sick! That G1 Drift from Springer art was from the same guy who did the Barricade from Prowl, right? If so I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s who the Springer repaint is as we got Barricade from Prowl in Siege and Earthrise.

I've already said how I feel about updating the updates of the update, so how about Slapdash and Joyride, who have yet to see a new toy? And if we're doing one dune buggy, maybe do Blacker too.

I love Doubledealer. It's all subjective. I have the original and the proportions on the Earthrise one are a big reason why I love it. He's a wide bulky badass and I have always been a big fan of the bits and such. I have gap fillers. Pain in the arse sure, but it's a remedy. I am not against redos though generally speaking.

To be honest... all I'm expecting are clean versions of Springer and Impactor. Especially since we've basically been told not to get excited about this. Makes me think stuff like what you're suggesting certainly won't be happening.

It’s nice how much G2 we’re getting (and by how much I do mean 3 figures lmao). While we’re at it can we get G2 Ransack? A purple and green (the best colour combination next to pink and green) old timey plane? Yes please!

While we’re at it can we get updates to, like, every Ransack? I don’t know what it is with characters named Ransack and having absolutely baller designs but I need all of em in my life! With the worlds collide four pack coming next year including a Ransack who is most likely an update of the deluxe Insecticon and Legacy Arcee being a great retool option for Cybertron Ransack that’s already two! Here’s hoping we’re entering an age of Ransack…

Honestly I’d be fine with that, I missed out on Siege. I’d maybe pick up the both of them if that’s the case. Truth be told I’ve never been a huge fan of Springer Drift (wouldn’t be mad if it was made and maybe would even pick it up, it not in love).

I'm interested in what Topspin and Twin-Twist are. While I'm plenty satisfied with their TR incarnations, I could be swayed depending on what a new version does. And considering that Legacy is much more of a mash-up, I wouldn't be surprised if they take influence from Topspin and Roadbuster from DOTM, since they've already got Leadfoot (who I'd bet is the new name for the red Diaclone version of Mirage). Since I would imagine re-releases of the TR figures would go under the Retro Headmasters line, even if they're not particularly fitting considering they weren't originally headmasters.

I'd like to see what Springer is, since I'm still not a fan of the battle damage splatters on his Siege figure, and you can't just remove them since they're on painted surfaces on the shoulders. Impactor is almost certainly just his Siege figure with no battle damage splatters, and maybe the IDW-esque head from the Fan's Choice pack (which I've got, so I'm set no matter what on the Impactor front)? And the new Fossilizers, I'm hoping are pretty easy to get, since I'd like a full set. Still hoping against hope that a Elasmosaurus Fossilizer could happen so we can get Bone Magmatron.

As for Bulkhead, I could see it being the battle-tactics redeco that his Cyberverse commander toy got. It's the only deco he has that I could see (since his other big deco was just G1 Roadbuster), aside from a deeper green without the Star decals to better represent Prime Bulkhead.

What other wreckers do you imagine will be in this subline?

I dunno, wasn't Siege Impactor already pretty clean?

Don't remember honestly. I just don't see this subline as giving us much since we've been told to temper our expectations on it.

Pretty much. Most of the battle damage was on the sides of the tank. There wouldn't be much to clean up
