I think that only applies when there is a fault so egregious it cannot be disputed. I've contacted Gareth on a couple of occasions regarding cosmetic issues and he's not particularly receptive, even though it is, in my view, in breach of the Consumers Rights Act 2015. Quite a few of the independents potentially fall foul of this.

I eventually ended up have the issue resolved via Hasbro, who advised the supplier was in the wrong on said occasion.

I don't think it's right the trader, having been supplied a faulty product by Hasbro, should lose money, but that's the way it seems to work based on some interactions I've had.

Despite that blurb not fairing at all well with ER Sky Lynx's supposed "Micromaster Partner ASTROSCOPE", I'm erring on the cautiously optimistic side seeing as he has that CW Limbot Chest Peg-like protrusion in exactly the place the G1 mini-brick with a turret had it's fold out spire column thing. I just want to know how it attaches now!

Fortunately now home and able to check my emails it turned out the appointed hour was a dead zone so a cheeky pre-logged in purchase of a pair was managed - SCORE!
