Mine doesn't have any tabbing issues out of the box. Maybe I got lucky for once. He did have some loose legs, but that was easily fixed with some kiki tightener

At this rate Earthrise Cliffjumper will be the standard size for Deluxe sized toys. And they will cost $25.

Arcee's kibble management ultimately didn't bother me, due to the realities of her impractical character design. Redesigning/reproportioning her car mode so that it had even more "junk in the trunk" to be removed, though, was just sorta blech. And then on top of it, her "transformation" is still one of the most half-assed things ever, with how her legs just sort of wad up in the back, with no tabs or defined locking positions whatsoever.

This. Even 3rd party legends scaled has done things to make better arcees than fucking ercee. I hate how people say "oh its an impossible design" because they have zero imagination or dont bother to do ANY research.

I for one think making part of the car into weapons or a shield or a hoverboard is ok. But to do partsforming AND faux parts whilst the damn front of the car can be seen behind her head??? This is such a sick joke.

Even if the ER figure transformed exactly the same as it does but the vehicle mode looked at least halfway decent, I probably would've bought it instead of shelling out for the Legends version of the T30 mold. The most inexcusable part to me is that the vehicle mode looks about as detailed as a Happy Meal toy. Putting it next to the T30 mold is like looking at a PS1 model next to a PS5 model.

How does this figure compare to RTS Tracks? Seems like a lot of people here prefer that figure to this one.

Kingdom Tracks is the turd filling in an ass sandwich. The sides of the legs refuse to tab in, in robot mode, and in car mode, the same sections don't tab into the front of the car. The backpack is ALL shitty transluscent plastic, and I'm betting we'll hear about breakage in that section from fans eventually. RTS Tracks is the better figure despite not looking like the Sunbow model. I love Tracks, and the Kingdom figure is the most disappointing thing I've seen since my nephew.

I don't own RTS Tracks, but I can honestly say Kingdom Trash, oh um I mean Tracks is by far the least favorite figure I own. I also own the ER Arcee and Elita-1 that others have been complaining about in this thread and love them both in comparison to Trash, um I mean Tracks!

I personally love tracks and road rage that mold inferno sideswipe and the ark are the only good g1 figures from kingdom the others are just crap or just meh.
I think it might be because of nostalgia of me getting rts tracks when i was a kid.

I agreed with you here on Tracks. If not for that lack of locking peg on his shins this would have been an improvement over the MP. The MP should have been a great figure but TT over reached with ditching any kibble/parts forming.

Not to mention the the lack of neck locking on Roadrage (MP).

Here, TT fixed the illusion of his empty back space in the MP but again, that barely there peg to lock in his shin is the flaw.:(

The panels not aligning I can live with, the pegs on his shins? Here comes the floor shine treatment (Stop gap? I know.)

I want to like Kingdom Tracks way more than I can. He has very few flaws, honestly, but the flaws he does have are so severe that they sour the entire thing. If his legs pegged in well and he wasn’t half comprised of translucent plastic, the ball-joint ankles would be incredibly easy to ignore. If that were the case, I’d be very happy with him. He has a wonderful vehicle mode and his flying car looks surprisingly good despite the arms just kind of floating beside the main body. The conversion of his legs is actually pretty clever. Even after finding a better strategy to disconnect the hood from the legs, though, it still feels so fragile.

You just never get the “that sucks, but I understand why it had to be like that” rationalizing when handling him. It doesn’t feel like the figure truly gained anything from its design sacrifices, like Kingdom Mirage in losing his cannon or ER Ironhide in having to completely separate his whole roof. At least with those you can see how other aspects of the design benefit. With Tracks you just gotta wonder how they were satisfied with it.

Oh I get what you mean. That plastic back pack is a ticking time bomb. Same with the Prowl mold. Dangit! Is transparent plastic that cheap?
How they can sleep soundly? For them, its just number crunching I guess.

Translucent plastic isn't "cheap". It just has different physical properties.

It's used for aesthetic reasons. The alternative is fans complaining about painted-over windows and such.

Broke my OG BW2 Big Convoy left shoulder. Doing absolutely nothing. No pressure , nuthin! Just broke off. Good thing I replaced it with a Sonokong opaque shoulder part..

    Hence my same concern.

I feel I'm in the dissenting opinion here, but Kingdom Tracks easily trumped my RTS Tracks. The look of both the bot and car mode blew it out of the water. It is beautiful. I was never truly happy with RTS Tracks. It was a nice update, but lacked the sleek, fabulous look Tracks had on the show. This one nails it in both modes.

So I managed to get this guy for $3 when Walgreens had a sale. I'm contemplating right now if I should just give this away or keep it? Is this figure really still that bad?

Personally, I think it's not that bad. Just make sure you push the pins in all the way if you keep him.

I was thinking about buying that JRC leg upgrade. Does that make it better?
